    I don't actually know you lot are so up tight about this to be honest.
     
    If i paid for a car and it was a sports car with the wrong engine in it.. you'd want a refund.
    This is exactly what has happened here.
     
    If you buy a tub of strawberry ice cream but inside its chocolate.. you get a refund..
     
    Its not that hard to see

    Ok so i just looked up that friendly fraud and it doesnt apply, as i can prove all of my points via in game screen shots AND that amount of fire on the forums.

    A refund is viable for 16 months for an online purchase via paypal.

    Dear Players of the offending game,
    DaumGames Europe B.V.
    Has now been flagged by a particular payment option *cough* Paypal *cough*
     
    Due to my extensive discussion with a pay pal member of staff and linking them multiple sources of;
    - Incompetency
    - Selling a product and changing the products service after it has been purchased
    - Consistent Failure to meet deadlines set by the company.
    - Failure of information release
    The list goes on and on and i am claiming €200 euros back from Daum.
     
    I can tell you that to receive Flagged status from pay pal it needs only 1,000 complaints. Similar to the way ebay works.
     
    I have also spoke to my bank asking what i can do, they also are helping with the case and they have told me there is a high chance they will get the money back for me after describing the bait + switch of the horse, costumes.
     
    The reason Daum say you cant have a refund is due to the conversion of their own currency into pearls, if you have already asked for a refund you will know this, My bank has explained to me this is NOT A VALID REASON and a rouge decision from company.
    So ill leave this here and get back to you guys if i have a result or not.
     
    If this goes though i will write an in depth process on how to get your refunds.
     
    I will post it here on the forums and on Redit.
