Then you just have bad tastes, are an hypocrite talking about others fetishes, have no sense of coherency but seem to be prone to go on the "but it's fantasy and sexay" stupid excuse that can only lead to dumbling down things. Don't you have the occasion to see enough nice bodies IRL. Is your sexual life at such a 0 point that you need to fantasize on a bunch a pixels ?
Here, now you have a valid eason to be triggred.

That frustration level is so astonishing and over the top that it's almost too comical to be true.

By conqueror, you mean the Shudad costume from preorder packages ?
Because if it's what you mean, sorry but they absolutely don't look like the same ... My source ? Your own website.

    Actually yeah.
The funniest thing is that the BIS armor (so with Dim Tree) is even uglier than the regular ones, and litterally screams out loud "Buy me a costume to cover my ugliness and i'll give you the stats ... Or look like a stupid bush for the rest of your life"

You know that, at high level, in order to be proficient in combat, you also need to be efficient in lifeskills right ? Most top players of top guilds are better than you not only in combat, but in every aspect of the game.
Gear isn't cheap, so you need all the incomes you can get, actively or passively.
The only people complaining are usually the ones doing one activity only, with a segregative mindset usually inherited from themeparks (PvE Vs PvP, Lifeskills Vs Combat, and so on ...)

A prime example of short sighted statement only fueled by personal interest. You don't seem to really care about others, more hiding behind them, likeif  you just wanted to find some echo chamber and validation from others because you feel your not in position of power. The simple fact that you refute the countermeasure proposed by @SmackFairy , which entirely relies on a social lever and cooperation mechanisms (forming an ad hoc group of players, unitng to fight a common threat) tells long about your actual mindset.
When a single player does all he can to disrupt a party rotation (which is very easy to do, hit'n run, even more with some classes), who is greedy ?
Who does not think about others ? Who does put his own interest over the game experience of several other users which are social, group and share among themselves ?

Never encountered any hacker but hey, I don't have any ubiquity gift and can't be everywhere so maybe some players have encountered them indeed, just not my personnal experience.
But it doesn't matter anyways since every class can 1 combo, or even 1 shot others once a certain AP treshold has been passed. So hackers or not, it won't change anything. And even at the very beginning of the game, before going beyond + 15 for armor and weapons, even if things were slower; there were alreday clear gear gaps between players with green gear at + 0-10 and players with + 15 which already had their tri witch, marks, tree spirit ...
And it won't change the fact that playing the PvE victilm which has an imaginary target over the head, like in the post I quoted, has no place here. This axiom is biased, false, it's a distorded vision of reality only based on personnal feelings and ego. It won't, it can't work in BDO. We are all PvX players, playing under the same ruleset. You need to be efficient everywhere if you want to progress. There are no virtuous PvE players and malicious PvP players, or the contrary.
    Just PvX players.

I never said that getting a T8 is easy. On the contrary, it's a freaking huge timesink for a marginal gain regarding said investment.
Regarding usefulness. between a T8 horse and a full boss gear set ...Do we really need to discuss what is the most usefull ?
    wat ?

Same for PvP outside safezones, you can do it wherever you want. So what is your point ?
You are talking about PvE, so i'm pointing the next PvE content to come. But if we push your logic to its absurd extremes, then a player that wants to stay between Olvia and Velia, basically just don't need anything else he doesn't have in his first hour of gameplay, so why bother ?
By the way, crafting and lifeskills are not PvE, nor PvP by the way. There is no "versus" notion in lifeskills and craft, unless a tree slaps you in the face when you try to cut it.

Says the guy who has not set a foot in Kamasylva yet. Your horse won't save you there. Your gear will.

How did you get them ? By breeding or with races ?
Because it seems that the stats in the compendum are doubly false : they seem to only take in account T8 created from breeding, ingoring the ones players get with races, and even only with that, the numbers has been viewed as out of place.

Once again, to make it more clear maybe, because it seems some dedicated breeders are so into their stuff trying to get their perfect MLP (and soon a useless Pegasus) that they seem to forget things : besides bronies, who will give a shit about a QoL improvement, basically what a T8 horse is, when they certainly have at least a not-that-bad T7, and prioritize it over real raw power improvement that can cost billions to reach on a failed enchant ?
Even if you already have a DUO ogre, another one would still more valuable for TRI attempts than a T8 horse that just ... go faster.

  13. Capitaine Courage added a post in a topic Do you think there will ever be an MMO that looks as good as Black Desert in the near future?

Amazon is currently the last publisher willing to launch an AAA MMO title, (and they hired shit tons of names from other companies).
Regarding graphical aspects, since it's what is discussed here, they are also developping their own engine, Lumberyard, that said MMO, New World, will use (note that it's not footage from the game, but from the engine only).
Even if we can bet that it won't be this smootth and detailled Ingame, with other players, UI and all that stuff, It's more than probable that it will outclass BDO's engine indeed.

    Basically what he said.
Who in their right mind will take the Epheria Sailboat, which is basically useless (enjoy making circles in an ocean full of .... nothing), or a T8 horse, which is only a QoL improvement and can be obtained with races ?

Not commenting on the return of XP on PvP death, because on that point I agree and think there could be better measures with the current karma system for it get out of this law void it's currently in (timer, debuff ... something temporary only), but that is exactly what is wrong with your mindset, like there was some kind of cabale to target PvE players, when we are in a PvX game, you say it yourself.
On a sidenote a player eliminating your avatar on a grindspot is more than often a better player than you in every, or at least most aspects of the game.
    PvE, lifeskills, trading, PvP ...
    Not just a PvP psychopath.
You need to be efficient everywhere once at a certain point to progress due to the costs every further step implies (gear is not cheap).
Morevoer you don't have a label over your head telling "PvE" or " PvP".
A player flagging on you doesn't know what you kind of feature you prefer, and doesn't care.
He flags because he thinks that you annoy him, for whatever reason, not just because he "doesn't like PvE players" since he is one also. These basic binary distinctions have no place in BDO. Stop watching your belly button, playing the victim and putting labels everywhere (this one is PvE, thos other one is PvP ... ), that leads nowhere and is based on nothing but hurt personnal feelings and frustration.
What hackers are you talking about ?
    Since when Alt + C is a hack ???

Indeed, you are from a world where you can freely wish people's actual death in a horrible way because salty at a freakin' video game, and then tell people they are immature kids when they talk about in game services, monetized or not.
I don't know what world you come from, but it's a really -----ed up one.

Yeah ... You mean like Bless Online, the game that will close in a month in Russia, for an undertermined period, and made terrible numbers in Korea ?
Where one of the main gripes against the game is precisely its combat system ?
Good example to follow indeed ... If you want to fail.

Ah, you mean people afraid of being declared upon ?
On this point I'm like you, clueless.
The more action, the more emergent gameplay, the better.
That's what server life in a player driven game is.
But some players see the death of their avatar in a video game as a real crime and a personnal attack, and would actually send people to jail for that (not ingame, IRL) if they could.
Overemotional and unhealthy relation with the game if you ask me.

Your ego must be quite big to hear "I care" or "I'm jealous" when people tell the exact contrary and are not even addressing to you in the first place.
Put 4 pegasus on you wagon if you want, it won't make me care more.

Numerous guilds can't be declared, because "not ready", so it's not always effcient as a countermeasure.
Same thing for protected players or players without guilds.

  25. Capitaine Courage added a post in a topic Stop the griefers!

By griefing, he means people intentionnally killstealing mobs, ignoring or provoking others to flag on them because they can't secure an area otherwise.
Since death in PvP doesn't produce expected effects anymore, nor statutes (winner / loser), the best way to get rid of other players, whatever their level is, is being a jerk to make them flag on you until they deplete all their karma (usually by messing with their rotation), since a death in PvP only costs roughly 30 sec, the time it takes to respawn and go back to where you've been defeated.
That's a form of griefing since it can be done purposely to anoy and disrupt other players gameplay, with no real countermeasures.
See it like a law void in the system that players can exploit.
That's why people asked for penalties for death in PvP, while always keeping the karma system which is needed to avoid the game turning into a pure meaningless FFA that would be a slaughter, because they took away the XP loss, which was a legitimate move since they didn't want to see players losing shitons of XP at higher lvls for such reasons, but never came with something else in replacement, creating imbalances in the system.
It wouldn't be necessarily an XP loss, like at the beginning, but something else, like a respawn timer, or a forced town respawn if a player has been killed several times by the same attacker ... Something to produce firm statutes at the end of a territorial conflict, which is basically what grindspot contesting is, in order to evacuate conflictual situations if negociations and diplomacy have led to a dead end (direct negociation, party invite and such).
    Jail is absolutely nothing.
The real risk is losing enhancement lvls on your gear, and a big chunk of XP.
