acajoom added a topic in Technical IssuesFraud. Support ticket system team ignores issues by closing them as fixed.To whoever is responsible for this, this is my last time and attempt (which maybe makes you happy).
I have contacted the support for an issue related to how the game always starts as "Windowed" and never respects/remembers my setting "Full Screen".
The support replied to me with the following:

Thanks for contacting the Black Desert Online customer support team. My name is GM Felaxus and I will be working on your ticket today :~)
After contacting one of our technicians, I managed to find a workaround for you that should work regardless of your games settings.
If you navigate to where you are storing the BDO document files, normally somewhere like this: C:\Users\<userName>\Documents\Black Desert then open a file called GameOption or GameOption.txt you can make a slight change to force your game to launch in full screen or windowed mode.
Once you open the file, find the line that reads windowed = # and change that # to a 2, as seen below. Then relaunch your client and the game should start in full screen mode!
I hope this information helps answer a few questions and so I will mark this ticket as solved for you. If you encounter any other issues or if you find anything that bothers you, please don't hesitate to create a new ticket and I will assist you in any way I can.

As you can see, there are 2 main issues with this response.
The ticket got closed as fixed without a reply of mine saying that.
The solution given by this person is wrong, as the value 2 corresponds to "Windowed" and not "Full Screen".
These are the correct values and I have found out by myself:
0 Full Screen
1 Full Screen Windowed
So, not only the ticket got closed as fixed while nothing was fixed, not only I got an incorrect direction in what to do, not only they expect customers to take part in the development themselves by manipulating config files, which not everyone is able to do that, but in order for me to actually reach them again is to open a new ticket about the same thing.
Well, as I am into IT for more than 25 years, this is the first time I face a support team that doesn't know how to use the support ticket system. A support ticket system is NOT a forum that you just lock down topics that you had enough with. People pay money here.
Generally, after understanding deeper what is happening here with Black Desert, I consider me trying to fix something as broken as this or reach a support team which is NOT a support team is a waste of time. It would be great fun if they were hosting their servers and systems under my services and we would recommend them to change the config files on our servers themselves by actually suggesting wrong values, beucase they would be paying us thousands of euros per month for that.

No Secure connection (SSL)Hi, I need to report something that should be taken care of already as it is technically easy and without it it causes a huge security issue to all the forum as well as the game users and accounts -- including game accounts.
The FQDN "forum.blackdesertonline.com" has no SSL protocol enabled and only redirects to a simple http scheme. This means that any user that registers or logs in to this fully qualified domain name is sending and receiving data to and from the server of this forum in plain text. This of course means that any password sent to the server can be seen from any middle party in between the server and the client (end-user) which is the well known "Man in the middle attack".
What this can cause is account theft, which in most cases can be game account theft as well once many users do use the same credentials on the forum. In a way, the is no point using a 2 way authentication system while there is no wildcard SSL enabled on the main domain "blackdesertonline.com".
For a company like this it is completely unacceptable.
To close this, Daum or blackdesertonline.com should use SSL for their own account security in the first place. But I will insist that Daum and blackdesertonline.com will be responsible for any of their customers accounts.
