    Might be a bad ball bearing. Don't think there's a way to fix that without getting a new cooler.
    Or it might be the fan hitting up against the CPU wire (might not be tucked down into the heatsink enough). If the wire isn't properly tucked below the fan, the fan will easily hit it as it rotates.
