    Greetings,
    If you are based in NA and you are experiencing connection problems, please provide me with a WinMTR diagnostic so we can further investigate the issue.
    You can download WinMTR from this link: https://blackdesert.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/205838589/WinMTR.exe
    In "Host", input the following IP: 209.58.130.81Uncheck the "Resolve names" setting in the "Options" menu.Press "Start".Log into the game and let WinMTR run until you are disconnected or the game becomes unresponsive (usually 4-5 minutes should be enough).Stop WinMTR and press "Export TEXT".PM me the exported file.Thank you for spending some of your time to help us resolve this issue.

    Additionally, I'd like to thank you for providing us with this information regarding AT&T's Uverse package, we will be contacting them in order to verify the integrity of the server routing.

    Hey there,
    This is a well known connection issue message, that can be caused for a lot of different reasons, and can sometimes require extensive troubleshooting. One of them is that your graphics card is not able to handle the load of the game. You can see the model of your graphics card by using DxDiag:
    Open your start menu.Search for "DxDiag". (If you are using Windows 10, you can type it in immediately after opening the start menu)Open DxDiag and let it finish the analysis.Go to the "Display" tab. ("Display 1" if you have multiple monitors)The name of your graphics card is shown at the "Device" box.If your graphics card name contains the word "Intel", then unfortunately this means your system is using an integrated graphics card and is unable to load the game assets.

    In case your graphics card is above the minimum system requirements but you are still experiencing this issue, please make a ticket so we can further look into it.

    Hey there!
    Does this happen when you alt tab when entering/during loading screens by any chance? If so, this is caused by the immediate switch of windows before the game can properly "reload" your key assignments. You can solve this by focusing back into the game (click or Esc button), then alt tabbing out (desktop works fine, just make sure to click somewhere outside of the game so it loses focus), and alt tabbing back in.
    Let me know if this is the case ;D

    We are currently not in contact with AMD regarding this issue, and unfortunately there isn't much we can do on our end. If the problem persist with AMD's upcoming drivers, we will investigate further into it.

    There is an issue with the latest AMD drivers that cause these graphical bugs that you are experiencing. Please try rolling back to driver version 16.12.2, which you can find here:
