    There are many ways to counter this issue, but you only seem to look at the negative of it, im not trying to discriminate you but you seem to be one of those, who wont support any suggestions thats being put up here, how come?
    If people want to sell their items for pearls let them, they can already trade costumes, pets and more through marketplace, Value Pack as a subscription in your eyes?
    I see everyday alot of people not using value packs, and they still seem to have fun
    So don't talk about value packs being a subscription like thing, because it's really not.

    When clicking 'Lock' nothing would be able to be removed, or added.
    They would most likely revamp the whole trading system, if they were to add this.
    And if both were to Disconnect, or lag, the items would be sent to their ingame mailbox.

    Exactly what i was thinking, this way gold-sellers won't be able to trade raw silver, to fight the gold sellers.

    If the Player 2 Player trade has the 'SET' prices from marketplace and you can't trade one item without having offered something equally valued, or the amount of silver, they won't be able to sell gold(silver).

    'pay 129m and gift 3k pearls' Ehm? Double payment, to up your odds of winning the item through the pre-order? that's a one-way loss.
    Twice the payment for one object/item.
    This trading system would put an end to that, and ensure the scammers to go away.

    I did not think of having a Pearls Currency in the Trading aswell, that could be a nice implementation aswell.

    How is pearl trading a bad thing though?
    It just another way of others to receive pearl items that can't buy pearls themselve because of low credit or a bad salary.
    Ofcourse there will always be the risk of being scammed etc...
    But this way others can actually receive pearl items, without having to fight 2,000 other people on the marketplace, and having to wait maybe months before getting a outfit or a costume.
    Many games has had real-currency shop items being traded back and forth, they could also make the Pearl Boxes trade-able that you buy with your DAUM Cash.
    They could polish this so much that it could be implemented.

    Player <> Player Trading, Market Place Prices.
    Soo i been thinking alot about the Trading in black desert, and it's somewhat a needed feature.

    Right now i think Trading isnt a thing (mid-game, end-game items) because of the real-world traders.
    To fight those off, i had the idea of being able to trade items, IF you either trade another item equal price to that, with a 1Million silver price range. Example:
    Player 1: [Selling] Desert Fox
    Player 2: I'll Buy it.
    Player 1: Puts the Desert Fox in the Trade Screen.
    'Value of Total Trade: 10,000,000 Silver'
    Player 2: Puts in 7,000,000 Silver
    'Value of Total Trade Blinks Red with a notification :  'Can't go through with Trade, Price is different from Market Place'
    Player 2: Adds 3,000,000 Silver (to total it up to 10,000,000 Silver)
    Both Players Accept the Trade.
    Player 1 Gets the Silver
    Player 2 Gets the Pet Desert Fox.
    This way we don't only fight off real-world traders, but we help people having another way of acquiring items, some people want to sell items to friends or guild members
    But have the risk of it being sold to another individual that they don't know, because they get to be luckier than the Friend/Guild Member that was supposed to retrieve the item.
    With this trading mechanism we have the oppurtunity to stop real-world traders from Selling Items / Silver, without the (Real-World Buyer) having to put anything into the trade.
    As it is using the market place prices to be able to Lock, and go through with the trade.
     
    Let me know what you think of this, let's make Black Desert greater than what it already is!
     
    Could make a Time Restriction before using the Trade mechanism.
    Account has to be older than so and so time, before they can trade thus way
    'Guest passes, trial accounts should not be allowed to trade this way.'
