   Dim Tree Awakening Boss Scroll

   Did the Dim Tree Awakening Boss Scroll....
   Didn't get black spirit completion notification or reward.... Am I Missing something? I've Re-logged, Changed Channels, Changed characters then went back to character and reset UI. Any Ideas...
   R.I.P? Quest Completions are RNG now?
   And don't tell me I have to wait 3 weeks to kill another Weekly boss in order actually have the mission complete, because no where in the game does it tell you hey "Boss sometimes die and mission won't complete and you will have to redo a quest that was suppose to complete when boss dies." If this is the case this is an extremely bad mechanic that needs to be fixed.

    Changed Appearance To Default Ranger

    So restored my PC recently to factory settings & Installed windows 10. When I went into the game everything seemed fine my Warrior was my Warrior and my Tamer was my Tamer, but when I went to my ranger it was the default ranger except with my specific haircut that I made for my ranger and the hair color is the blonde of the Default ranger.
    Is there anyway this could be fixed or I could get like an appearance thingy cause I'm not a fan of having to recreate the ranger thou hitting 24 is easy the look of my character wasn't a 1 step process lol

    Things I've done so far:
    1. Restarted PC
    2. Reinstalled black desert online
    3.Went to the apperance shop and came out to see if it would change and it looks like the default ranger all over again without my hair.
    4. Anything else i should do?
