Lvl 20? Holy balls! This man knows what he's talking about.
Hotbars suck! Good thing you don't have to use it in this game.
I didn't read your wall of text. Thanks for your time.

Those bonuses to AP & Accuracy (or other stats) denoted in the enhancement effect section of weapon descriptions are not added into the number displayed on your inventory's AP/DP stats. They are indeed hidden.

  3. C0pp3rhead added a post in a topic BDO EU/NA needs removal of energy consumption on crafting. the WHY is inside.

Crafting energy makes total sense. Not only does it add value to certain items, it also prevents the markets from being flooded with cheap materials & products. A couple of dedicated grinders & material farmers could throw a serious wrench in the economy. Moreover, it forces you to experiment with a variety of playstyles. If you're out of energy, you have to go quest or grind or pvp or something. It's good for the game.

The fish traps are only useful for those who use fish for production/life skills. Otherwise, meh.

I'm right there with you all, scratching my head at these changes. As a player, I am somewhere between hardcore and casual. Most of my time so far in this game has been spent working towards high level alchemy. When they released alchemy stones on NA/EU, I was supremely excited. My farms and workers were producing crops, ores, & timber all for feeding my stones. Unfortunately, after a few dailies & guild quests, my limited playtime only allows for a few attempts at alchemy stone enhancements per night. Between gathering, farming, alchemy, cooking, the amity minigame (with the Grunil vendor), and a little bit of grinding, my time & energy was spent. I was however, making decent money with my metal solvents & plywood hardeners.
Now, I will have to take my best money makers and put them back into production of alchemy stones. I will have to pump millions of silver worth of lost revenue into sturdy plywoods and pure crystals. On top of that, my already energy-stressed alts (each with 175 energy) will now have to heat, chop, and shake yet another set of items. Most likely, all this will all be wasted due to the still low rate of alchemy stone enhancement success.
For a player with limited play time, this simply isn't sustainable.
I did see on the Edan server market a large number of high level alchemy stones. I can understand why something needed to change, but I do not understand why the system had to be made so restrictive. I would suggest that devs could meet us on some middle ground:
EX: raw materials cannot be used to feed stones, but allow processed materials:
Green/Blue quality crops & Alchemical Fruits
Planks/Plywood, Sturdy Plywood, & Hardened Leather
Melted Shards/Inots, Pure Metal Crystals, & Polished Gems
    Thoughts?

  7. C0pp3rhead added a post in a topic skills to not over raise to not effect SOJ combo?

This for me is the biggest reason. Valks want to maximize cast speed whereas counter & uppercut rely on attack speed. The Righteous Dash -> SoJ final hit combo is just too good to sacrifice for the Counter -> Uppercut -> SoJ combo. Like @Andross said, if you miss your charge, you get stuck in those combo animations and you're wide open to attacks.

    Yes. Thx for clarifying.

  9. C0pp3rhead added a post in a topic Getting griefed while AFK.

    1. If you are getting killed because you're getting bumped while afk, that is some minor bullsh*t. It shouldn't be a problem in the first place, but on the other hand it's not an insurmountable problem. The solution is to move to a spot where you can still fish, but where you're not getting bumped by boats.
    2. If other players are killing you while you're afk in a combat zone, I have no sympathy for you. It's called Risk v. Reward, and it's a basic part of any mmo.

  11. C0pp3rhead added a post in a topic Never get a good loot in 200+hr

There is currently some speculation that luck is bugged. Many players are getting better results with +3 luck as opposed to +5. One of my guildmates went so far as to suggest that node investment's effects on drop rates is bugged as well, but I think it's just (never truly random) RNG.

Nice. I got a couple of pink plants in my house, and a set of earrings so I'm pretty happy. As to your numbers, I only had like 10 trees or so to harvest, which is not a good sample size.

When I harvested, the trees were around 105%. When I harvested one at 120%, I think I got like 5-6 petals.

Wut? This is close to incoherent. Try punctuation.

  15. C0pp3rhead added a post in a topic Really Daum? Really?

As I understand it, the first Kzarka boss was downed just before thee hotfix, and they shut it down before a second Kzarka could be offed. Maybe it has something to do with his drops, and they're calling it "server stability"?
