    I would love the PvP level to be put back at 50 since that's when the game opens up. Frankly, levels 1-49 are a tutorial.

    If you logout and log back in, that usually gets you around the "Internal Server Error". However, I still get the payment failed at that point.
    I guess they just don't want more money. Fine.

    EDIT: also just checked the link and they fixed it finally. TYPE is now type. Still not going to claim it until we know what's going on.

    According to the chart, I qualify for all the compensation packages. According to the CMs, I only qualify for the last item coming supposedly later today.
    I am going by the chart as that's the official document showing how you qualify for compensation. I refuse to go by some odd interpretation of it by the CMs.
    Bottom line: give us all, every single one of us regardless of some arbitrary status, all the compensation packages. It's simple that way. That's the only way you can come close to resolving this.

    Wow are you so completely wrong you almost make a new definition of wrong.
    I, and many others, do not have ALL the items we paid for to use during the time we paid for. We have not received what we paid for. It's that simple.

    This is really important: when I bought the pack it did not say I would eventually receive the items. It said I would receive them when I logged in on my first character. That was even in the FAQ. Now it's 24 hours.. oh wait, now it's 48 hours. Well, there goes the headstart time we also paid for. Like the issue with the costumes being for all characters when purchased but now it's for only one, this is false advertising.
    We have not received what we paid for and due to that we now deserve compensation. Problem is, they can't give us the time back. They need to come up with something good here.

    It's not listed for me unless it's part of the "general items" package. But as it's a tier 5 and not a tier 3, it should be listed on it's own.
