    Well... because I was trying to get my missing money back, so they just flag my account make me can't do anything and also don't give my missing pearl box back? Now I know, Daum is god
    So what should I do now? They don't give my missing pearl box back and flag my account, so this account can't buy any item anymore, and it looks like it is impossible to refund my money. They are even like won't be read my ticket anymore cause I sent my ticket 10 days ago but still no answer
    Well, now I'm sure my account have been flag, anyone know how to fix it? Now I just resign a new account and buy the game again to send me the cash shop item...

    Every time I try to checkout it just show me that information :

    Please go back to the Pre-Order shop and retry.
     
    I try many times everyday this week, and try 3 different browsers...So now I can't buy anything that I need like (skill reset)and(inventory slot).
     
    And also, there is one of the missing 10000+1500 Pearl Box they still didn't give it back to me, I was purchase two of the box but they just give me one on Mar 9th when they fixed that issue. I sent the ticket 10 days ago but just like talking to the wall.

    I try to buy some Daum Cash but it always show up billing system error, and there's many people have the same issue on the forum, when can you guys fix it up?
    PS: There is one missing (10000+1500 Pearl Box) you guys still didn't give it back to me, I sent the ticket 9 days ago but still no answer.

    we are still waiting the answer,  they should let someone talk to us, tell us something like why we can't receive the pearls box, when can we get the pearls box or Daum Cash back, but they say nothing

    After 5 days they finally start to fix up from 3hrs ago? What are they doing in these day, and they probably have take 5 more days to fix up, when we finally receive our pearls, the Cash Shop Event should be close, GG

    I would like to say, have been 4 days but still no any GM or CM say something in forum and we don't have any answer or reply, so I don't wanna play that game anymore, since the head start there's a bunch of bug and many of them you guys never gave our players any good answer, I don't think you guys care about our feeling ,right now I just want my money back, just the $200 USD which purchased pearls but never receive
