  1. Nicolie added a post in a topic explorer's package can't login?   

    My best guess is they didn't realize the information was conflicting. The Twitter account announced the launch of the game for the Explorers Pack and got a lot of replies about the non-pre-order Explorers Pack.
    In a response, BDO_News said they apologized for the confusion of the packs having the same name and that they would clarify on the order page. Hence adding that little marker.
    I know BDO has had a lot of issues with communication, but it seems more like a staffing issue to me.

    The "Explorers Package" before the end preordering date is what gets early access. It may have the same name as the normal order "Explorers Package", but they are different. I don't know about if the page had actually said you get a head start at the order. Instead I think everyone assumed this Explorers pack was the preorder one and all the perks everyone was talking about was what they bought.

    I am ok with the resolution that was made. I just want you guys to know that all we want are updates. We want to know what is happening even if it's just a short "Hey we're working on it!" It would have been a lot better if we had known the issue and what was ok to do and not ok to do.
    I'm choosing to stay on the server I was moved to and the only problem I have is I claimed most of my items and sent them to Orwen. All my characters are now on Uno and I never got my items when I was "on" Orwen. My account shows they were USED but I don't have them. I know you are working on this, I am just posting so there is some sort of record.

    So, I'm okay with being on a new server because I definitely want to play within the next 24 hours (with my correct name). I wanna know how long will we have to wait to get our pre-order items sent to the correct server. They are shown USED on the account page, but I never claimed them while I was on Orwen ==> I'm now on Uno. How do we let them know about our items?
