    My ticket has been open for 19 days with no resolution.  I hold little hope that Daum will do the RIGHT thing and provide that which was promised, but I'll continue to beat the drum until you at least provide a solid answer.  It's absolutely shameful that you continue to avoid providing answers.  If you at least had the stones to tell us that you and @PM_Belsazar lied to us that would be better than ignoring us, providing sub-par compensation (which, incidentally, I STILL have not received), and hoping we just forget it and move on.  Still, as much as I might like some QOL items from your cash shop, you'll not get a dime further from me until you address this situation satisfactorily.  
    It's not like we're making unreasonable requests.  We only want what YOU offered, and in fact promised.  If I treated my customers this way I would have been fired long before the three week mark.  That says a lot about the corporate culture at Daum.  We've apparently long since left behind the notion that keeping customers happy is a priority.

    As of this morning, I still haven't received comp B.  I haven't received the compensation for your failure to send comp B.  I also haven't received anything for the Serendia debacle.  
    As these were all promises made by official representatives of Daum, I fully expect to receive them.  Anything short of that is unacceptable.

    Still nothing.  Another Friday, another week of hoping you guys would make things right down the drain.  Shame on me for believing that you'd prove everyone wrong.  At this point I haven't even received the compensation for you guys screwing up the original compensation.  If that turns out to be your idea of making the Serendia disaster right, then shame on you.  
    The sad part is that there's no way for us to give our money directly to Pearl Abyss without going through Daum.

    Unless I misunderstood, it was stated during the twitch stream this morning that you read all forum posts in which you're tagged. You've been tagged here several times.  You must get that more than anything, a response explaining what's going on will do more for diffusing this situation than any amount of craftable food ever could.  The lack of communication is more of an issue to me than the lack of compensation, and when the two are stacked together I feel less and less like I want to put trust in you guys to get anything else right.
    No matter how much we may like the product that Pearl Abyss has given us, Daum is the face that we see when we have issues.

    I hope the reports in this post are just a misunderstanding. I can't verify it since nothing has shown up in my account page yet. If that is truly all you guys are offering for the folks that trusted you to make things right, it's a slap in the face and an insult.  And even worse, if you're only going by the people who created tickets you're missing a lot of affected folks.  Half of my guild didn't know about this because they don't follow the forums, and we had over 100 people on day 1 of head start, most of us affected by Serendia. 
    Is it really so hard for you guys to make this right?  If I pulled something like this at my job, I'd end up with a lot more free time to play games.

    Still waiting for word on Comp B and the Serendia Issue.  While some of us did receive responses to our tickets that appear to indicate someone's reading them, we still have no real answers and honestly, no real acknowledgement that this will end satisfactorily.  
    I really want to give you guys more money, but at this point it's become a matter of principle for me.  I can survive without buying anything else.  It may shorten the length of time I devote to BDO as my main game, but i'm ok with that.  The bigger question is whether you guys are ok with it, I assume on a larger scale than just one player.

    Happy Monday!
    Can we maybe get an update on where things stand with those of us who qualified for comp B but still don't have it?  And maybe some kind of idea of what's going on for the Serendia survivors?  Oh, and I'm sure the poor folks who haven't received their conq preorder items would like an update as well, since we're now two weeks out from the headstart launch. 
    Just some updates would be nice and appreciated.

    A full week past the promised date of Compensation package B, and still not even an acknowledgement that any of us will be getting it.  You need time to figure it all out?  Fine.  We're patiently waiting on the Serendia decisions.  But they're two separate issues, and require independent responses.  Yes, I still want to know what you guys are going to do to make things right for unceremoniously dumping us onto a server we didn't choose, after we'd been playing for four or more hours, and then telling us after another few hours to suck it up and reroll.  That, however, is not the same issue that Comp Package B was supposed to address.  Unless I missed something somewhere, no one from Daum has said that we're going to get that or that you're working on making it right.

    Same on the name swap issue.  My Orwen characters (the ones I play on the server I chose) show up under Uno.  The Uno character that I want to retrieve the name from shows up under Orwen.  I think i'll leave it be for now and let someone else guinea pig it.

    Comp A and triathlon award arrived yesterday afternoon.
    Still awaiting word on the comp B and Serendia issues.  Had hoped comp B would be with this maintenance but only the name change is pending on my account page.

    I claimed and received my bait master title yesterday.  Thank you.
    I claimed my comp A package Tuesday evening, as of an hour and a half ago when I left for work it had not arrived in game.
    I claimed the CBT2 triathlon award from my account page yesterday morning.  As of today, it has not arrived in game.
    I would still appreciate conformation that you guys intend to honor the promise you made to provide compensation package B to all of us who fit the criteria.  I know i'm not alone on that request.
    Finally, we're a week and a half post-Serendia.  Some communication about what's in the works would be a great gesture toward making us feel better about things.

    Still no Comp B, and no official word whether there's any intent to make good on the promise to deliver it.  Would be nice to get the dyes and pet food, and the apologies.  Can you at least let us know if we'll be getting them?  Even though I didn't save the delivery failure email (honestly didn't think I'd need it) it's easy to see I claimed within the time frame to qualify.  The character that was left on Uno after the Serendia disaster has the title that I claimed at launch.
    I did receive both CBT rewards on my account page.  Claimed them, but won't be able to log in for a few hours yet to check delivery.

    Nice of you guys to pop in and at least acknowledge this, but saying you'll forward concerns about the wrong package makes it sound like this is news to you.  I find it hard to believe that no one has seen the volume of complaints in this thread and the tickets that have been opened for this and already forwarded these concerns.
    By all means, take your time and get the Serendia thing right.  It seems the bulk of us that didn't get the right compensation are conquerors pack purchasers.  By definition, that means we're willing to spend money to support the game. Is it really that hard to show a little goodwill to that group of people?  I know I'm not the only person holding off on pearl shop purchases because I want to see how you guys respond to this.  So far I'm not impressed.
