    Housing,Storage & More no access.
    So myself and my sister brought housing in BDO and we cant access our Shipyard, storage and refinery which tbh has really made us angry because their is not game moderators to help us which is very disappointing for us both as well as making us angry. help would really be appreciated

    Greetings Adventurers,
    We are excited that launch is practically here, and would like to take this time to thank all of you for working with us through the inevitable issues that arise when launching an MMO. As many of you are surely aware there have been various issues along the way.
    We all know that every game launch is bound to have problems, but this does not negate the trouble and confusion that they cause for everyone. The success of Black Desert and the Community supporting it has been and will continue to be our primary focus because we know without you there would be no Black Desert Online. As such, we would like to extend a token of our appreciation and apology for any and all inconveniences you may have experienced. Below you will find our break down what you can expect.
    Overview of relevant issues that came up and the follow-up issues resulting from it:

    • The users of the affected accounts to be wiped during the maintenance on 3rd March (see above) should have received an in-game mail as heads-up yesterday morning. If you didn't got that email, please check carefully after tomorrow's maintenance whether your issue has been resolved. If it still exists after the maintenance 3rd March, please contact our customer support again or bump your existing ticket accordingly. Thank you.

    • If you find yourself in the matrix above and believe your issue has been resolved, please close your ticket (in case you have submitted one) by replying to it as follows: #closeme

    Furthermore, we have scheduled server maintenance for March 3rd to address any ongoing issues, and if this does not resolve your issues our GM Team has created a new submission form to specifically handle head start & item claim related matters. If after this maintenance you still have any problems with your pre-order items and 24 hours have has passed since you claimed them last, please submit a new ticket >here< to ensure it is in the proper queue and can be dealt with as soon as possible.      Belsazar's 2 cents"1. cent.: Yes, a rollback was considered within first 12h and might have solved all follow-up issues and consequences, but to make such a call we had to evaluate first all the possible outcomes and downsides. By the time we had all data we required to even justify such a harsh step, it was already too late, as we felt it would be unfair towards those users who were not affected, which was the significant majority. We will learn from this mistake for the future and prevent it from happening again.2. cents: It takes time to draft announcements, get all things sorted internally and double check all solutions in regards of technical feasibility with all ends involved. So if there is sometimes a period where you don't immediately hear back from us, then it is not because we're ignoring issues, but heavily working on resolving them within our possibilities "   I rather not get any compensation its a mistake the world aint perfect right? oh and also I have a glitch on my Valkyrie costume with the sword
