    Horses not learning new skills
    So I've been breeding horses as of late, and I've been noticing when leveling them, they do not learn new skills. I've leveled probably 7 different horses and they all stick with the same single skill regardless of level. The images attached are just samples. I've had a bunch of T2 and T3 horses around level 15 that I exchanged or breeded.

    I've noticed when trying to interact with Luke in Western Guard Camp, it will cause me to be unable to interact with anything and all keystrokes are input as mouse clicks.

    No help with my tickets? (6 days open)
    So far I've been having a blast in Black Desert but one thing is just really irking me. I've had a request up on zendesk for about 6 days now with no response. Can I get an update as to why it's taking so long? I understand the devs are scrambling due to the craziness of launch but I would at least appreciate it if I was able to get someone to take a look at my ticket request.

    Explorer's Package items "Used" in Account page. Items not redeeming
    So yesterday on March 2nd, I attempted to redeem my pre-order items onto the Orwen server around 1:00pm. It gave me the normal spill of "wait 24 hours". So I waited until now to check (which is 24 hours by the way). Now that I check my in-game mail, it's still empty. Also on a side note, my in-game title went back from "Used" to "Activate".
     
    Long story short, I redeemed items, still have not gotten them 24 hours later.
