    I'm getting the same problem. I've been posting all day and have had no response. Opened a ticket, tried another forum... nothing. Either being ignored or they don't pay poeple to staff their forum at the weekends... unimpressed.

    Banned? I've not played the game in months and barely had any interactions with other players when I did... I'm trying to give the game a second go. There is nothing I could have been banned for honestly.

    Do they even have people working at the weekend? Zero response to multiple threads in the Tech Help forum about being unable to login to any server. This is absolutely piss-poor.

    Connection with the Server has been Lost
    I've been trying to login to the server all day. I've already posted on the Tech forum but there has been no response since early this morning.

    I've re-downloaded and installed the game, I've deleted the cache, I've tried the USA servers, different characters, new characters... Nothing works.

    When I try to login on any character, the loading progress bar appears, fills up and then disconnection. Rinse and repeat. What the hell is going on?

    Can I please get some help? Does this game actually have support staff that work weekends? I'm not the only one having this issue and I've seen no response or acknowledgement from the Staff. I'm at the end of my patience.

    I'm starting to get the impression this is the only solution. Been scouring this tech forum for help and all I see are others with the same issue being ignored by the Staff. Half a day pissed away trying to login to this game.

    I've already reinstalled - took a LONG ASS time to re-download
    I've deleted the cache folder.
    I've set the graphics to 'Potato' - My Machine is actually semi-decent: 16GB Ram, 1060GTX, i5 3.4, Win 10.

    I'm seeing lots of posts about this issue and no response to any of them... some are about a week old...

    Just to recap - I can't login to the game. I get disconnected as soon as the loading bar finishes after character selection. I've tried everything I can think of. Please help.

    Not a single staff response to any of the threads... Does this game even have tech support or are just left swinging in the wind?

    I've been trying for over an hour now. Can't login to the game. Disconnected as soon as loading bar completes. This is really putting me off giving this game a second chance...
