    "Desync fix when???

    Haven't been able to afk train horses since server merge... Customer support seems to have no idea what's going on either since I keep sending them data they ask for, but stopped talking to me since then."
    I'm just going to keep posting this till ya'll communicate with Pearl Abyss during one of these maintenance and fix this stupid desync issue... This kind of service is unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason I should get kicked off the server while my character is actively doing something. This problem has been going on since the server merge that was suppose to "make the game better for us". Instead it made it worse for a lot of us. It doesn't matter if I run the game in admin mode / compatibility mode / potato graphics or the highest possible graphics, I get kicked off if I move over a distance too fast for the server to keep track of where my character is.

    I've called Comcast and been on them too, but all signs point towards the Black Desert servers. Instead of releasing new pearl shop items every week, why not actually try to fix the issues we've been having for months? I wouldn't care if you shut the game down for a week, or hell even a month, just to optimize the servers. Could ya'll not tell how horrible the servers are with the 1 year anniversary event bosses where people were getting kicked off because the servers couldn't handle the amount of people?

    After a 2 week silence, Customer Service finally told me "I'm really sorry for the late answer. We have reported the issue to the developers, and trying to fix the core issue (we have a few very good traces to start with). Our tech team is treating this with the highest priority. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do as customer support ;( " 
    I am quite aware that as a business you need to make money, but how about communicating with us better as well as making these issues THE priority. Without a community you don't make money. If people can't play they're going to move onto other games that are run by companies who know what they are doing.

    I've been playing since day 1, not so much the early start since the server didn't start off so great, but I have loved the past year of BDO. I hope the next year is just as exciting. However if this issue is not fixed, I won't hesitate to go find another game to sink my time into.

    Pretty sure it would cut down on the griefing if they would just remove the 15 minute channel switch... On the weekends EVERYWHERE is crowded so having to wait 15 minutes just to find out another channel's spots are all taken is stupid for a 2017 game... Even Maplestory (at least back when I played in 2007) didn't have a wait timer till you could switch channels again.

    Well I mean lately I've just had BDO on another screen to watch for whenever I dc so I can reconnect to the game. I'm not technically "afk", but I understand what you mean.

    Guess it's more like, I shouldn't get kicked from the server if my CHARACTER is actively doing something (even if I'm not there doing it, aka fishing/auto pathing/etc).

    What would be the difference, really? We always have bugs no matter how long it takes them to implement new code into the game. Lately it's been old bugs that they've previously fixed, but for some reason can't fix again till the next patch.

    I'm thinking something is glitched since the last patch with the Fishing Costume and Fishing Rods.... people have been telling me they're seeing me in multiple costumes and not even the one I'm wearing. A person at Bandits even said they were reporting me for hacking because I was attacking the mobs with a fishing pole...

     Had the exact same problem since the Server Merge. I contacted support about it months ago and all they can tell me is that they have no idea what it is, but "they're working on it." Send in a ticket so they get bombarded with the problem and maybe they'll actually do something then....
