  1. Hallo Liebe Community,
ich bin nun Stufe 56 und suche den besten Levelingspot für meine Werte:
    Ap:130 DP:211
Ih bin Bersi und will so schnell es geht 57+erreichen.
Habe mehrere ausprobiert, aber was empfehlt ihr?
    Bashims? wüstennagas, wüstenfogans... etc.?
  2. Post on Stop the griefers! in General

    By Nastiel, posted
Hello, I'm really dissapointed of how grinding in this game looks like. Griefers are like plague but maybe lets start from beggining.
At first I would like to present two different situations:
    Situation A:
Nastiel: Hello, this spot is taken.
Player: Okey I'm going to find different spot. If i won't find any free spot i will simply change the channel.
Situation presented above is a sign of culture and respect for both players. It is not that hard to find other spot or free spot in other channel. This is what i usually do whether I am "Nastiel" or "Player" in this situation. Sadly this kind of players are rare and situation presented above can be treated as SCI-FI in this game.
    Situation B:
Nastiel: Hello, this spot is taken.
    Player: I don't care idiot.
Nastiel: Can You go somewhere else or change channel?
    Player: No.
    *Nastiel has killed Player*
    What happens next?
Player simply comes back, keep killing Your mobs and breaking Your rotation, trying to take over Your spot. You kill him again and again, but he keeps coming back (karmabombing). After You lose Your whole karma YOU CAN'T DO NOTHING ABOUT IT - YOU LOST. Only solution for this situation is to change the spot / channel or share Your spot with griefer but it is not efficiency.
Situation B happens to me few times per day. It is a serious problem.
Currently there is no anti-griefing system in game - griefers just respawn and they are coming back until You lose whole karma.
Can we fix it please? Below You may find some ideas:
    - Bring back EXP losing in PVP death
    - Add respawn time penalty when a player is dying in PVP many times in a short period
    - Add some enchanting / crystal / cash penalties when dying in PVP many times in a short period.
    - When You kill a player many times in a short period of time You don't lose karma anymore.
    - Respawn in Town after X deaths.
    What You think dear players?
Have You ever dealt with griefers in this game?
I'm looking forward to hear from You!
  3. The issue: I would like to return but I know I will not have much time in next 1-2 months. So I wanted to just afk fish/craft/process to make some money until then, BUT also I would like to benefit from 30 days of acces to xp channels and make atleast 59 if not 60 from my 58 witch.
Current state: Those 30 days starts running when I first log into game after atleast 30 day break and it doesnt matter on what channel I log into.
Reason: Now player(me) is not going to return because he knows he wont have time to actually use and benefit from xp channels.
Suggestion: Make those 30 days to start running form the first time player logs into xp channel, not first time he logs on whatever channel.
  4. Hello, fellow adventurers. I have been playing for 3 months, have 2 57 lvl chars and 3 56. my main is a sorc.I have been grinding all my life since i joined this game and reached the point to have 176/251 ap/dp (i dont have any boss gear except liverto) so i im seeking ways to make money with my life skills (everything is skilled except trading which is apprentice)
first of all i have 171 energy and 155 cp i tried many methods like making crates around calpheon hired lots of workers but they cant gather enough to make me rich i can make like 13 calpheon crates per day which is 1m if i sell to altinova then i tried to start making trash crates to level trading still a bad idea can make like 200 trash crates per day which have almost none impact on my trading exp and silver is awful, now im focused to make a grunil empire but i dont know if it will work
my biggest struggle is that: i cant get steady daily income from workers
  5. If my friend and I are in a party at Pirates and it's set to party leader loot meaning only I can loot the drops, will the scroll still be in full effect?

  6. It's hard to come by basic guides that focus on early awakened PvE. Most guides are into advanced PvP chains or cancels needed for those last percent of extra damage. Or they go into rotations for level 57-61.
If you have mastered this class and are able to write down a typical 30 seconds of a lvl 56 PvE-rotation I'm sure it would be of great help to those of us just starting out with the awakening. Movement skills between packs, sustain-skills and vital skill add-ons would be a nice bonus.
So far I have this rather incomplete set:
Moonstrike + Echo as opener on the toughest mob > Beast Rampage + Echo. Repeat.
Use Beast Rampage as main skill and rotate all other awakening skills around it.
Legendary Beast Power: Spam for Super Armor.
Absorb Heilang: Use when off CD. Only skill this up when you have your basic skills set.
30MP per hit Add-on on Flash. Use on big mob.
    Intimidation after Garuda/Black Turtle.
W+LMB in Awakening (only as last resort, it's slow)
Void Lightning off-CD (hold until mobs are gathered) > Fearful Trembling
Beast Rampage (recovers 45 HP per hit)
    Add on
Fearful Trembling - 20% Crit, 30 AP PVE
Void Lightning - 15 DP, 10HP on hit
    Pre-awakening skills
Tier 1: Flash, punches, Void Lightning, Grab, Trample and Fearful Trembling
Tier 2: Scratch, Throat Burn, Surging Tide

So far I have this from a recent post (lacking engage, cool down skills and movement between packs):
    Opener: Dash > Twister
Rotate around mobs with Cross Cut (Strafe+LMB) and throw in Twister (Space) for front guard
    Block big attacks with Q+LMB
Backflow can be canceled out of Fiery Angel (?)
@lvl59: Pack 1: BTB > Chase to pack 2: Crust crusher > Foul play > Chase to pack 3: cross cut > counter assassination > Projection (clean up rest)
Use reapers potion or draining potion for 0hp pot grinds.
Press S, auto block and wait for pots/Nemesis Slash CD.
For WP you want to keep twister on the 2s CD.
Throwing in spinner when off cd will also help reduce mana drain.
Extraction gems can be used on weapons if needed.
    Add on
20pve damage +10% attack speed on crosscut is mandatory for pve.
Divider maxed with the +hp and +wp addon as an emergency heal during PvE.
LOS ranged mobs, keep them in your front arc, or focus them down early.
Bring and drink a lot of WP-pots to keep dps up.

I hear the Kuno has a simple PvE rotation, so I'm sure someone could write it down off the top of their head. So far:
Suggestion 1: Lethal Spin Spree > Half Moon Slash > Halo
Suggestion 2: Wheel of Wrath > Lethal Spin Spree > The other skills to clean up
    Suggestion 3:
Pack 1: Lunatic Dicus -> Danse Macabre -> Spinning
Swap to Shortsword (possibly with Tendon Cutter)
Pack 2: ShacklesIV-> Black MoonlightV -> Lunar Dash (swaps to awakening) -> Spinning
If trapped: Concealment -> Heart Aiming -> Lunar Dash -> Spinning
Wheel of Wrath on incoming hits
Delighted Blast off CD on blocking mobs
Ghost step and Lunar Dash when up.
Ghost step > Dash attack (sprint+LMB) [wait 0.25s for sprint animation after Ghost step or it will just do a standing attack]
    HP sustain
    Lethal Spin Spree
    WP sustain
Wheel of Wrath; Half Moon Slash
Lethal Spin Spree (with WP add-on)
    Lethal Spin Spree; WP-recovery (optional)
    Anything else according to preference.
Use black spirit rage for AP buff, not Wheel of Wrath skill.
Dance Macabre and even Spinning can leave you exposed. Use with caution.

The sorc seems daunting, but I'm sure there's a sufficient chain of a few moves and transitions for starting out. Suggestions so far:
    Suggestion 1: MS > cancel > shadow erupt > cataclysm > cancel> violation > reaper judgement
Suggestion 2: Stinger into awakening swap into Violation (cancel into downward stab with leftclick) into Turn-Back Slash into Dead Hunt (Should keep you sustained on HP and Mana)
Suggestion 3: Stinger > s+c swap > Violation > TBS > Dead Hunt > Grim reapers Judgement (if needed) [Repeat from start]
Shadow Leap - LMB uppercut - Violation - TBS - etc
    Mana sustain
Dream of Doom (with the mana-reg Add-on)
    HP sustain
Dream of Doom: Mana regen, ?

    Pack 1: E (8+ pull only) > w+f > shift+f > shift+LMB > (possibly s+f) > [Repeat]
Pack 2 (at range): shift+RMB > hold RMB
Pack 3: Quick slot Red aggro ball (8+ pull only) > w+f >...
    Double teleport
    Single teleport
    - If you have mouse movement activated in settings you can also quickly press ctrl to activate cursor mode and LMB click once in the direction you want in case you want to swap the direction on root-in-place skills.

  12. First Irritating Thing:  Some mobs are invincible to me
Situation: new player with low damage output in any mob campProblem: some mobs are invincible to me or regenerate their health faster than I can do damage.Explanation: 6 mobs are chasing me that I don't want to kill and they are "way back there". The mob I want to kill for the quest is right in front of me  and I cant even touch it. Nowhere is this more noticeable than at Hexes. If you just hit 50 something and are new to the game and new to hexes there is a good change you are not "over-geared" for this area. The skeletons are very slow, there is all this crap in the way so you cant see where they are but there is like 20 prime mobs right near you that are invincible because their health raises like a regenerating troll with health pots every time I hit it! As a new player many times a mob will just stand there and his health bar barely move when I am nailing him with everything I have. and then I see why,  5-6 really slow mobs are chasing me. those are the ones I have to wait for to kill first. I am sorry but this make little sense to me, because in the real world my arrow/ sword/ magic should hit flesh no matter what not just bounce off.  But people with op damage don't have this problem. I am saying this mechanic hurts newer players more than it affects veterans. Nothing is more irritating then lighting off your big number 1 AOE and almost none take any damage. My workaround. wait for the mobs chasing me to catch up - or try to clean the map (both solutions take a lot of time) Irritating Solution: make it so the one that you attack gives agro to you, and the one farthest away releases his agro and stops following. (like other games do)
Irritating Thing Number Two: Follower NPC's that stop following during quest.
Situation:  examples at anti troll fortification quests . Quest, you are supposed to lead the follower to another npc.Problem: when the NPC catches you he stops for too long. you turn round he isn't there, and he is way back there and now you have to turn around and go back! My workaround: when he gets too close I try to sprint so he can't catch me.Solution: have NPC follower stop for less time
Thanks for reading RamJamm"s  Two Irritating things.
  13. hey guys,
let me know your thoughts on this video of mine:
  14. Everyone knows a big part of this game is grinding mobs, whether you are leveling, grinding for gear or loot, killing the same type of mob in an area is a huge part of playtime. A while ago I had an idea that could potentially make grinding mobs less mindless, and add an additional goal to mix things up.
So here is my proposal, it might be a bit too ambitious, and Im not even sure if its able to be implemented, but I would still like to put it out there and get other players thoughts.
On most high level mob areas like Pirates, Sausans, and Skeleton Graveyard add a "Infamy" bar that is shared with the party. The more creatures you kill of that type the more the bar fills up. Once the bar gets full a rare enemy spawns for the party to track down, kill, and gain extra exp/loot/silver. The idea here is to give parties that will be farming the same place for hours and hours something to work towards. Depending on the area it could be anywhere from 500-1000 enemies killed to fill the bar. After the bar is filled and the rare enemy is killed then the bar would reset. The rare enemy spawn could be similar to how summon scrolls work, where only the party can see/attack it, and there would be multiple spots for the rare enemy to spawn to keep parties spread out and add a hunting aspect to it.
I know there arnt too many details to this, and there are holes, but my main premise is to have a target number of enemies to kill during grinding that would reward the party with a rare, very powerful enemy unique to that area to kill. I feel like this would make grinding so much more fun, promote working together in parties, and it could even incentivize grinding in areas that have largely been abandoned because of poor loot/exp.
  15. I love the combat  in this game and constantly find my self killing way more mobs for a quest then i need to, simply because i loose track of time. However right now if you want to lvl the best thing to do is kill hoards of weak enemys, this is boring. I would like to see red and purple mobs exp raised and maybe add and or change some mobs lvl to include more red/purple mobs for higher level characters. this would take some research (maybe already known?) but i was thinking make the exp for purple mobs slightly better than whites, reds equal to whites on a per hour baises. this is assuming everything else is equal aka- effective at youre class, reasonable gear upgrades ect. this is solo mind you. most people would proabably not change how they lvl because the chance of death is to high. I would but i like to be challanged and don't mind grinding more to recoupe the exp loss from the random death. However in a party i suggest you add a kill chain mechanic something like this. When 2 or more people are in a party killing 1 red or higher mob per person with in 60 sec  starts the kill chain timer. you then have a "to be determined amount" of time less than 60sec to kill the next group. this will add X% of exp for chain 1, then x+some amount more% for chain 2 ect untill the party can no longer kill in the time required to trigger the chain and the chain resets. the numbers and amount here would need to be played with to find the right ballance. the goal being to push the party hard enuf that someone is likely to die about once an hour but the exp gained from the chains should out weigh the penalties from the death IF they should happen. this would incentivise group play, more challenging and rewarding gameplay. this will also give players a choice of either sticking with what we do now, witch is to slam many easy mobs at little risk of death, but more drops. Or higher chance of death and possablly losing crystals in you're gear but with higher exp/hr. this could lead to new or tweaked class skills for exsample the valkeries taunt ability could be expanded with a longer/stronger effect. giving the more damage type classes a window to focus down one or to mobs while they hit the valk. right now the ablity is used to groupe mobs then everyone just spams abilitys and moves on, repeat.

  17. Hello, I am a Ranger and I have recently gotten to level 53, I have 90 AP and 98 DP and I feel like that is way too small for my level. I don't have too much trouble in terms of defense, however, I am having trouble defeating mobs at the same level as I am (it feels like it takes really long for me to kill the enemies). Right now, I have a Liverto bow that I have upgraded myself to +11, but I don't feel like I can upgrade it any longer since the max durab has been degraded to 45 and the upgrade system is really harsh, plus I don't have the money to buy more Liverto bows to increase the max durab.
So since I can't really efficiently level, I feel like I'm stuck right now and I'm not really sure about what I should be doing to get myself higher AP (as in where I should go to grind for money or if there are any jobs that I should undertake). If anyone has any advice to offer I'd greatly appreciate it!

  18. Hello toxic forum folks!
I created a simple guide to help quench all incredibly frequent questions about grinding, and you can find it here:
  19. Hello,
I'm looking into making my current Valkyrie a toon only for professions. So I'm looking for a class that can farm easily but most of all fast. I know.. Play ranger best class period. Save some time making such comments, you don't have to do that. What I do like to know however: which one of the following would you choose? I'm thinking of Sorcerer or Tamer. The thing is, with me Valkyrie I often run out of abilities and just left click (a bit like just auto attacking) and it feels slow. And on top of that I'm sick of others being faster or more mobile taking my farm away.
I know Tamer has this roar that does a lot of damage and can mount their pet which is pretty nice. But do people even use that roar once they have an awakened weapon? And due to her pet she can aggro twice as many mobs then other classes.
I don't know much about Sorcerer apart that she has an awesome design and she can like jump and dash around? (could any one confirm that please)
So I don't know which one of those are like top tier compared to each other. Or are they just as viable? It's like comparing Valkyrie with a Ranger. Everyone knows Ranger is going to grind faster. Is there a same thing with Sorcerer and Tamer?
  20. Just like the title says, i am wondering what kind of food is best suited for someone who is grinding or better yet what kind of food i should ALWAYS have in my inventory when grinding not just because of the bonuses but also to gain health !

I know its a nooby question, but nobody till now could help me so i was hoping People that are here could tell me
    (Kunoichi is my main class)

    Cheers ~
  21. Hello Community!
Before i start with my 0815 Question i have to apologize for my bad english haha
I am downloading the Game right now and reading through the Forum about the Classes and aimed for 3 diffrent ones and its hard to choose between them...
    Wizard - Warrior - Musa
My focus in the game will be mostly on Solo-Gaming (maybe sometimes with 1 Friend) and fast comfortable(!) farming/lvling up... because i dont have so much time to play every day excessive right now... I am a lazy Player and dont like too complex Skill-Combos Classes (So no Ninja as example, even i like his look and skill animations -.- ).
    My Profile (what i like):
    Focus on PvE (Solo mostly)
Also I like to focus one day on raids/bosses or guild fights (when i have more time later on  )
Not to complex/hard class (Talking about Skilling, Skill-Combos, Positioning...I am a simple Man...)
    Not so dependent on Gear
PvP (1v1) is not rly important for me only bigger PvPs later on.
So it would be cool if someone could tell me which class fits to my Profile (the most) and why!
Also it would be cool if someone could tell me the advantages and disadvantages between this 3 classes in all szenarios (Small/Big PvP, Early/Late PvE, GvG, Role in Partys, Gameplay-Type...) because I only find a good thread for differences between wizard and warriror but not so much for musa and the class seems to be cool ^^
sorry for the long post and so many questions >.<
PS.: Pls no answers like, try them all and you will know it or its all about fun or something like that ^^
  22. Alright, so I'm not new persay, but I'm not experienced. My buddy and I are playing this game together and having a blast. He went with wizard. I myself haven't decided what i want to play. I am stuck between a few classes deciding which will work best for us.
First is warrior. In most games i play, i end up playing a warrior type class. With this game, im nervous from everything i hear about the class, mostly being that its boring. My warrior is currently lvl 32, and its kind of a drag leveling. I don't hate it, but its not awe-inspiring and I don't feel like a beast lol wondering if the class becomes more fun later on.
Second up is musa. Musa seems like a really cool class, and the spear awakening really captures my attention. Out of the 4 classes, this class seems like its just back and forth spin slashing later in the game. Seems like a dull style of play, even tho the class itself looks awesome.
Third is tamer. Tamer has its unique style of bouncing around and what not for combat which seems really amusing. I hear this class is pretty weak though, which is discouraging.
Lastly, we have ranger. Ranger being the be all, end all, best class in the game. That in and of itself turns me off. Not tryna be a fronting jockstrap who chugs mana pots for a living. Im normally always gravitating toward archer classes, and i'm not sure how well this class will do with wizard.
So my point here is what goes well with wizard for the majority of combat aspects of the game. Whether it be pvping in gvgs and node wars, or pve farming.
out of warrior, ranger, musa, and tamer, what meshes best with wizard in combat aspects of the game like farming and pvp.
  23. Hey people. Im new to Black desert online and im really enjoying the combat system so far..
Im level 54 ranger at the momment. and i usualy level with friends. whenever i try to farm alone, i seem to struggle alot..
Its not unusual for me to fight 1 "big" monster for 1 min.? it leaves me out of "mana?" and i feel like i cant do a whole lot. i spend my health pots faster than i can buy them >.<
    Im level 54. 104/72 AP/DP
i have zereth Gloves/shoes/helmet and a heve chest armor.
    I use a +15 Yuria with +9 steel dagger.
i have 366 skill points to spend. and this is where im confused. Im not sure i spend them right.
I find it hard to find the right skill point tree for farming.. All guides out there is for pvp.
Is there any abilities that is a MUST HAVE to farm with?
    Thanks in advance.
EDIT: My armor items is +5 atm. need more stones to upgrade them further.
  24. I'm looking for a place to grind turn in items, like the naga feet or harpie feathers...
I've searched around a bit but all the threads I've seen were probably outdated, I'm not sure if the game updated or not because I haven't been playing that long, but the values they showed for the turn in value on most of those threads were inaccurate.
So far the only turn in items I've really found are naga feet and harpie feathers, are there any better to turn in that will make me more gold?
Can I get a location where they drop and a recommended level? Also the rate they sell for would be nice (ie 150 for 100k etc)
  25. Just a suggestion for issue surrounding the people mad at no-xp loss for pvp when fighting for grind spots. So the no xp loss was added to prevent greifing but it pissed a lot of people off that have to fight off people who arent scared to come back over and over and over.

I personally don't care either way. I am fine with the no xp loss or xp loss because they both have their benefits, but is there a way to have our cake and eat it too?
I "suggest" adding xp loss for dying to the same person 3-10x in a row (not in guild war) or some formula similar to that. This would discourage people coming back over and over and over to ruin someone grind cuz they lost in pvp, but it would also keep the no xp loss for people that do it once or twice. Maybe a very small amount but some amount that would add up to a 1% lost after 5 to 10 deaths, but something that would discourage people after a period of time.
It's one thing to test the waters to see if you can take your spot back or pvp but if your coming back 10x to spite them and be a sore loser then maybe you need to be discouraged (with xp loss).
I'm sure there is other ways we can mess with this concept to make it work for everyone but if we get the conversation started we can make 90% of the community happy. Right now it seems 50-50, some hate no xp loss and some love it.
All I'm suggesting is some penalty for greifing or reverse greifing, whatever you call it. This seems like an easy add for the game and it should be considered if enough people are on board.
