  1. So I know the topic of names has been brought up before and the reasons behind this topic are the same:
Black Desert Online has massive roleplay potential and one of the most frustrating things about being immersed as your character is not getting the name you want.
Now, other people have suggested removing the notion of unique character/account names or a combination thereof. As a programmer myself, I completely understand the challenges associated with such a task and think that it IS a lot of work for a relatively small change.
HOWEVER, one quick and easy fix would be to allow some special ASCII characters in names, such as accented vowels, and non-leading or trailing spaces. This would GREATLY improve the current situation and allow a much higher quality of completely unique character names to be in the game. From a technical perspective, half the job is just making sure the database collation and field type for names allow accented characters, and the other half is tweaking what I expect would be a generic validation function for names to allow user entry of these special characters. Beyond that, a string is a string, and unless there are many sporadic functions throughout the codebase that look for only specific characters (e.g. alphanumeric only) within names, there should be no problem, and, given how the original game was designed with special Korean characters in mind, we know that's probably not the case.
Boom, done, you'll no longer see as many people forced to name their characters things like "JonSn0vv" and instead see more people like "Watchman Snow", which really adds to the immersion aspect for both the person with the nicer name and the players around them, who get more readable and meaningful names.
Please Daum, throw the RP community a bone here with these strangely strict and locked down naming rules.

  5. Post on Roleplay Channel? in General

    By Frostwolf, posted
Noticing a lot of Roleplayers starting to come here. While I'm not that much of one myself I think it'd be kind of awesome to have a server for them, or a channel, I'd prefer a channel as though I'm not always into it sometimes it's extremely fun to do. Just a thought though, tell me yours guys.

  6. Come post an advertisement for your Roleplay Guild!  We also have a fantastic place to build and explore the lore and network with other players!
  7. Considering that this game's RP community seems absolutely massive in comparison to many others, and the Lore is intense and in-depth -- I would love to see subforums for us to discuss them!
  8. I know that there is Black Desert Roleplay as a community (and on Enjin).
In my experience, such as ArcheAge, when there is no official RP server (like in WoW or LOTRO) then the roleplayers generally pick a server/channel for their unofficial dedicated roleplaying community.
Black Desert seems perfect for a roleplaying game environment.
Are there plans for an official RP server?

  9. So, I've seen a lot of roleplayers around here.  More than I'm used to seeing, in fact!  So I'm curious as to how many there are on the forums.  I know the forums are hardly indicative of the reality of everyone in-game, but still it is pretty interesting to get some idea of what we're looking at.
  10. This is a concern I've already brought up in the game's survey, but I think it'd be great to see other people's opinions voiced for the public to see as well. Express your opinions!
So, as someone who has roleplayed for over 10 years of my life, I'm bringing this topic up because.. Well, I think it should be discussed. Imagine yourself with a friend, walking down a beaten path. The grass is green on either side, the wind is blowing gently, and the clouds are shifting ever so slightly. But you keep having to fucking stop because you have to make a post, since there isn't an auto-walking feature, or a toggled walk button. How annoying, right? Well, with the help of the absolutely amazing devs, I believe that they should implement this feature to prevent frustration in people's stories, or taking like an hour to get to another town because you keep having to stop.. Which, in itself, takes a long time anyway... But, it would absolutely break someone's immersion.
I will also bring up custom emoting. What do I mean by that? Well, creating your own custom emotes with a command made specifically for roleplaying. It's simple! To create a custom emote, for example, it should look something like this. (( /emote (or /e) flicks her hair from her shoulder, and shifts her weight from one leg to the other casually. )) It's simple, the text itself can be its own color to be able to easily differentiate between all of the text, and voila. You have yourself a custom emote, and you can go into depth on what your character is doing specifically in that moment of the roleplay. If I could stretch this slightly and go the extra mile, I'd love to have quite a lengthy character word limit, so that I can write a bunch of stuff without having to break off each and every one of my posts.
Other ideas for roleplay, or just the game mechanics in general...
This is a topic that has been brought up numerous times in this forum, and I will not hesitate to bring it up again. The one thing many people are absolutely tired of hearing... Marriage.
What first comes to mind, when you hear the word marriage? Sharing, perhaps? Love? Happiness, or perhaps sadness in some cases? Well, that's alright. It's your choice to marry in-game or not, and I do not see this mechanic harming anyone else in any way, except for jealousy. Marriage doesn't have to be between two lovebirds, maybe you're just doing it with a friend to be able to share things between each other with ease and no worry of going through other processes. With the click of a button, you can share banks together, own homes together; horses, wagons, any crafting material or workbench... Everything. I fail to see an issue with this.
One concern many people bring up in this topic is how easy it is for people to manipulate and abuse the system and mechanic, but honestly, if it doesn't harm anyone directly, then there shouldn't be a problem. This mechanic should cost silver, or perhaps real life money.. A token or a ticket, if you will, to allow this process to go through. Everyone wins, everyone's happy, everyone's married. Well. Maybe.
As a reference, my fiance (who is known as Futanari) and I are going to be cracking down on this game after hard days of work, or stressful days in general. I'd love to be able to log into a home I share with him and have us both be able to move things around to our leisure without having to have separate homes, which would be.. Let's be honest, really depressing. I know there are other couples who are excited for this game just as much as my fiance and I are and would love for this mechanic or 'feature' if you will to be implemented, so let's make it happen! Should it be something the devs focus on right away? Absolutely not. As far as I am concerned, they have much better things to go through and do first before such a feature is released, but maybe just knowing that they have their couple fans in mind could make us all relax.
I'm not even going to go into too much detail.
Two people riding the same mount at the same time, unless of course, the mount is small.. Like, a donkey, or something. This feature, I see no problem with. You have a friend first starting the game, and you want to give them a lift to make things easier on them, or just be with them. Maybe a significant other from across the country? Whoever it may be, I believe you should be able to ride the same mount together with no worries. As long as you and that person are in a party, you should be able to ride together.
Same with wagons. Take a group of people in the back of a wagon, maybe 4-5 people max, and go on your little journey.
That's it for my opinions, let me see yours! Any concerns and suggestions regarding roleplay or something that could be useful to roleplay, voice them here!
  11. I would like to put forward a call for an RP channel or server for EU and NA. This would be a huge boon for roleplayers. I really can't stress enough what a positive impact this would have on the roleplaying part of the community.

We want the opportunity to encounter other characters out in the world who we can engage with, but without a channel or server where we can congregate, this becomes very difficult. Instead, roleplay becomes an extra, something tagged onto the side, something that's disconnected from gameplay, that we have to step out of the game to find and organise through forums. Forums have their uses, but when they're all that's holding a roleplaying community together they tend to stunt the growth that we could see and eventually fall stagnant. An RP server gives us the opportunity to fully entwine our gameplay and roleplay experiences - it allows us to populate the world with more life and to fully immerse ourselves in the setting. It makes things natural, organic, and just an always-there part of logging in every day.

Roleplayers are a dedicated and loyal fan-base once you've got them hooked, and a game like BDO has the kind of immersion that many of us have so far only dreamed about. We're also inclined to continue making purchases through the cash shop for a long time - outfits, furniture, all things customisable - we love them and are happy to pay for them. We're not usually well catered to in other games and I think that if BDO could go so far as to offer us a server of our own, a lot of roleplayers previously unsure about the game would flock to it and thrive. Roleplayers, of course, also engage in PvE, PvP and standard gameplay, but a solid roleplaying foundation can mean the difference between a few months play time to many years of dedication. Roleplayers create their own content, logging on every day just to tell stories. If you give us the tools, we'll use them, and we'll stay for them.

So if you could give us this it'd make BDO an excellent roleplay destination. It'd be another thing to love about this already very impressive game and would again set the bar above and beyond what most MMOs offer.
Edit 1: In addition to a server or channel, or if a server or channel isn't possible, some kind of yes-I-am-roleplaying tag for players to flag up would be very welcome. For example, as Aevireth pointed out: "Lotro has /rp on and /rp off and that changes the color of your name to white instead of a light yellow, which is a great visible and unobtrusive sign to other players that you are Roleplaying."

Edit 2: I'd like to make clear that if BDO is splitting the community with a multiple servers approach rather than a megaserver with channels, all of the above also applies to a roleplaying server. We'd appreciate that very much too and I've added that in. It'd even be preferable.

I've also included Maevynn's wonderful example of what we're referring to in regards to channels:

    Thanks Maevynn.

    Edit 3:
I just wanted to say that, in regards to this post:
Assuming you won't be labeling one of the servers for RP and may still be considering labeling channels for RP, please understand that this would be best on only one server per region, since it would negate the point of having one place for roleplayers to go if there were two destinations on different servers for it. I'm sure that's probably obvious, but I just wanted to say it anyway.

    History of the Order:
The Median merchant guild was full of riches and valuable goods. Both Calpheon and Valencias' gold were theirs. Media was at its' richest moment. Still, a bunch of merchants from the guild weren't happy. They never joined the Guild expecting it to be opportunist enough to take unique chances from war. Media's children and elderly were happy and fed, but the cities at war weren't.
This bunch of a dozen merchants came together towards Calpheon. Right after they left, the natural disasters deteriorated, losing themselves in desert landscape. For every village they saw during the way to Calpheon they gave their best regards to the people, helped them find provisions or even traded with them worth the little they had remaining.
Many times, long after the money and the goods were gone, they gave entertainment to the sick children and the oldies they met. When the group arrived at Serendia they could only feel happy: they were able to shower, to eat fish and boar, to sleep in warm beds, to be surrounded by living people. They saw opportunity. They could get resources in the wild here. They planned shows all across the lands to help people enjoy life; to help them forget wars and chaos for some time. They weren't affiliated to any nation. They traveled freely enjoying the goods they collected from the towns and people they visited and their smiles. Soon after they arrived at Calpheon they could see that war followed them wherever they went. Calpheon wasn't as peaceful as they thought, neither was Heidel or Serendia. They were prepared to make war for the sake of the black stones. The kingdom of Calpheon bestowed the traveling merchants with the title "The House of Festivities" . The merchants were paid to encourage and liven up Calpheon folk. At the same time, in 273, the war between Calpheon and Serendia was starting, and news from Media went around saying that the city of Altinova was constructed. The merchants fled from Calpheon, living the order ruined. The merchants of Media were never found again after the attack of Ilezra and the death of Variz the II.
At 281, Calpheon parliament establishes the recreation of the House of Festivities; the people are in low-spirits after all the wars and constant instability, there's a need for happiness to be promoted before a rebellion arises. The merchants that present themselves are mostly mercenaries out of hand, not entertainers. The parliament closes the case of overture of the House of Festivities.
In 283 a group of merchants and entertainers arrive at Calpheon. The group makes a proposal to the parliament of Calpheon, asking to be given the title of House of Festivities to themselves, pledging to schedule markets all around, and compromising on performing activities for Calpheon.
The parliament didn't agree, but since a diplomacy was in effect an assembly with a judge had to be made. The group confronted the government laying proof of testimonies, saying that the original merchants of the House of Festivities were not deprived from other cities and nations, they traveled around every country, giving diversion to the population.

The court gave reason to the group and the title was bestow on them. The House of Festivities is from now on a worldwide order!

    HeadQuarters Location:
The House of Festivities has its Head-Quarters based on the port city of Epheria, in the Calpheon Kingdom. The city thrives with old nobles, commoners and corageous fisherman, directly touching the seas, bringing new trade opportunities for all that dare cross it's waters.
Some days the Guild building is abandoned to the poor that take refugee on it's walls. Some other days the guild members reach the city after their long journeys and spend the night drinking hale and the day selling the richnesses they have collected along the way to noble heads or trade with the farmers and fisherman. The mercenaries lay around or secretly avail some of the nobles to get good coin on their bags. Musicians play for the children and visit noble houses in exchange for silver.
Later they depart: pairwise or solo, to fill their own pockets. After a few days they allways come back, together on new journeys they depart, only to be back again, weeks later, months, a season. But allways with smiles to share to the people of the land.
    Epheria Building:
((We will later establish the locations where our markets will happen in each city, so roleplayers know where to find us))
  13. So, one thing I noticed in this game is that speech causes a speech bubble (which is great) and emotes don't have any text (which is fine) but for a game that bills roleplay it really should have more action options, or at least some sort of custom emote system. For example, just a chat that isn't speak based, which just allows you to type stuff in and have it show up would be amazing!
Some options based on things I've seen in other games.
    Type: /me [text here]
    Reads: SerinaNight [text here]
    Type: /emote [text here]
    Reads: SerinaNight [text here]
    Type: /me sighs, looking around.
    Reads: SerinaNight sighs, looking around.
You could also have a type of speech window like General or Guild that when you type in it doesn't have the name attached to it, like so:
    Type in General: Hello!
    Reads: [SerinaNight] : Hello!
(Speech bubble pops up, reads: Hello!)
Type in Emote: Serina sighs, unsure what to do.
Reads: Serina sighs, unsure what to do.
    (No speech bubble.)
Essentially, I would love some sort of text based emote system to accompany what we already have, especially since this game seems ripe for roleplaying! With the limited number of emotes and lack of text, it makes it hard to express physical motions without resorting to using something like asterisks (EG: *sighs* *laughs* etc.) to denote actions, which can look odd with speech bubbles, and simply typing actions (EG: Serina laughs.) would look even weirder!
EDIT: On the note of the characters per message restriction, this custom emote system would be a great way to allow people to get around a character restriction in text without allowing to much spam (if that's a big worry) since it would have a similar distance to "General" and would thus make it hard to spam, while still allowing people to type out a decent amount of sentences. ((Basically, if the limitations of the text box are still in place, this should probably be exempt, or it would defeat the purpose a little, not that it still wouldn't be useful.))
  14. Hi there,
I've been thoroughly enjoying CBT1 so far but I have one suggestion for a change that all of my friends agree would be a nice change.
I've seen one other thread asking for a toggle-able player walk instead of holding down Caps.  This fix would be fantastic but the main change my friends and I would like to see personally would be a toggle-able or continuous mount walk function. Currently when on a mount if you hold down forward (W) you start walking but soon move into a trot, the only way you can keep a sustained walk is by pressing the key intermittently which is very annoying when you're trying to relax and take in the sights/sounds.
We would very much like if you could include this feature at some point,
Thanks very much for all your hard work,
    Corm & The whole guild

This is the roleplay community website address.  Great place!
  16. I've already played enough of the game with the KR client, so I'm ready to dive right into my roleplay experience. That being said, I'm also willing to help familiarize others with Black Desert in the hopes of bringing them up to speed. This of course, with respects to the client, ui, gameplay, etc as there hasn't been much revealed on the lore front just yet.
I'm looking to test the game of course, but more than anything at the moment, I am interested in fully fleshing out its roleplay capabilities. Of those with CBT1 access, who wishes to join me in this endeavor?
I will say this though, I am a heavy roleplayer and not everyone swings that way. What I mean by that is, I strictly adhere to game lore (what I know of it thus far), my /say chat is 100% in character sans clearly marked OOC, and I stress realism above all else. Some love it, some hate it...to each their own. I do however, play well with all types, this just describes what you will be getting from me.
At the very least, if you do not wish to roleplay with me, I do hope you stumble across another in this thread and you lot enjoy your BDO CBT1 experience.

  17. Our objective is making an active community for BDO, trying to enhance it, unite it and show the capacities of RP in-game. How will we do that? We'll create markets and festivities where any player can participate (not limited to roleplayers).
Our events will be scheduled and always done in a roleplay perspective. Our guild members may be former free citizens in the world of BDO or Members of a clan that's part of the guild.

    Recruitment information:

We are in dire need for roleplaying players or clans. They must fit in one of this roles: mercenaries, marketers, merchants, diplomats, patricians, musicians or entertainers (full time or not).
We need mercenaries, merchants and marketers for our monthly Markets as well as Musicians and Entertainers to produce shows. Our diplomats need to prepare and organize the various tournements and contests of our event activities.

If you have your own clan/family/friends already and want to join (no matter how small), the guild will accept you:

Each Grand-clan must have their leader that will be part of the Guild leaders. The guild will provide all support to each clan particular objective, as long as scheduled - Members are not forced to be part of the restant clans objectives but will be influenced to do so. The guild itself has a story. Each clan can have its' own background (story) and objective and can make it explicit in the forum.

  18. Post on RP Community Ideas in General

    By Nesato, posted
Hey all! Making another RP post!
I would like to gather some ideas for our future community, when it comes to events, activities, unions, etc.
Some ideas I've been collecting from   http://www.blackdesertroleplayers.com/   are:
A troupe is willing to travel and visit citys and villages, making shows.A scheduled market made by players, visiting different citys and villages, where anyone can participate (as long as the trading is enabled )Festivals with various types of activitiesIf you have any other ideas, even if they're not already in motion with other RP members, post it and check if there are more people agreeing with them. You can always post them in the RP official Forum, and ask help from the community there
  19. Post on RP Poll in General

    By Nesato, posted
I already made a poll in http://www.blackdesertroleplayers.com/  but decided to do it here with more participants. This way we can have an idea of how big both communitys will be. If your decision depends in what server is the most populated, please vote on the one you wish to play in and then feel free to comment that fact
  20. Hey all! I'm Balerion! As you might have guessed by my name, I'm a Martin fan. Love the books and the Game of Thrones show. It just so happens that I am also a gamer and love to get immersed with others when I get the time to enjoy another world. Black desert looks to be everything I could ever want in an mmo, and I hope the Game attracts a strong role-playing community. Speaking of, I found this site browsing around the web, and it looks like this game is already attracting quite a following of writers and role players. Hope to see more of you there.
And what about you all? Any one plan on dabbling in the RP once BDO goes live?
  21. I'm a huge rper, and without being able to enjoy RP and being able to get immersed into a game, it is very hard for me to stay interested in most mmos for a very long time. Player generated content, like stories and rp events just add so much life to a game. Already black desert appears to strike the right notes where immersion is concerned. What I would like to see;
At least one RP server or one PvE server. Not required, but it definitely helps.RPers tend to flock together though with or without this feature, but it's definitely appreciated, when the devs try to help us flock together.
I also heard rumor that there's is currently no walk toggle. This one I feel is crucial, and I know it's kind of silly. But sometimes whether for rp, immersion, or not... I like to take a slower pace in my travels and just enjoy the beautiful sights among my journeys.
Long character limit for chat would be nice, for detailed posts. Bring able to use emotes or third person messages such as /e or /me commands.
Really all the other stuff I want is there, this just takes care of everything else.
  22. Hello everyone! As I couldn't find any roleplay post in the international forum I decided to do it.
As a future EU RP to be, I have very high hopes for this game. If you are a RPer from EU or NA , please introduce yourself! Let's get to know eachother guys!
Also please check out the BDORP official internationl forum: http://www.blackdesertroleplayers.com/ . There are some great articles there. The community's growing and it's great!
Still don't forget to mention if your gonna play EU or Na! This way we can plan to play together in the future

Legions of enemies are shouting their unanimous permission for you to hit the sheets and go back to dreamland--but you didn't ask their opinion.
Instead, the voice you've chosen to listen to is one of defiance. A voice that's says there was a reason you woke up in the first place.
So sit up, put your feet on the floor, and don't look back--because we've got work to do.
    Welcome to the Order.
We are merchants, and farmers, and soldiers--the very citizens of Hidel--who demand better. Better for ourselves, our families and our once great city.
We also ask better of our masters: the "King" and his greedy nobles.
Problem is, we're loyal to another. We won't be enslaved by the whims of madness and gluttony. We're Al's Hands.
And when you make that choice, when you decide to turn your back on what's comfortable, what's safe, and what some would call "common sense"--well that's only day one. From there it only gets tougher.
So just make sure this is something you want. Because the easy way out will always be there, ready to wash you away. All you have to do is lift up your feet.
Remember what you're fighting for and never forget that momentum is a cruel mistress. She can turn on a dime with the smallest mistake. She is ever-searching for that weak place in your armor. That one tiny thing you forgot to prepare for.
So as long as the devil is hiding the details, the question remains: "Is that all you got? Are you sure?"
And when the answer is "Yes," you've done all you can to prepare yourself for battle, then it's time to go forth and boldly face our enemy, the enemy within our walls.
Only now you must take that fight into the open, into hostile territory.
You're a lion in a field of lions. All hunting the same elusive prey with a desperate starvation that says, "Victory is the only thing that can keep you alive."
So believe that voice that says you can move a little faster, you can swing a little harder, and you can dig a little deeper, and that--for you--the laws of the land are merely a suggestion.
Luck is the dying wish of those who want to believe that winning can happen by accident.
Sweat, on the other hand, is for those who know it's a choice.
So decide now because destiny waits for no one.
And when your time comes and a thousand different voices are trying to tell you, "You're not ready for it," listen instead for that lone voice of dissent, the one that says, "You are ready, you are prepared, it's all up to you now."
    So rise and shine, Samaritan.
What is the Order of Alsands?
We are a pre-launch, Chaotic-Neutral, Heavy Roleplay Guild and an active part of the Black Desert Online roleplay community. Depending on the situation, we can act as either the protagonist or antagonist in your character’s story progression and we enjoy the freedom this brings our guild members.
What is your definition of Heavy Roleplay?
The Order of Alsands seeks to create an atmosphere where roleplay can thrive naturally among like-minded individuals. We also encourage our members to enjoy all of the PvE and PvP aspects of the game. So, in order to allow for a healthy balance of in-character and out-of-character activity we will not require our members to be 100% in-character every time they log into the game.
However, we do plan on providing multiple avenues for our members to grow their character and tell their stories. Guild organized events, including personal story progression for players, are just one of the Order of Alsands concentrations. We also plan to lead public server-wide events of various different themes and styles. Although we will be providing organized events for our members to participate in, we highly encourage the growth of relationships and the initiative to create your own story through personal relationships or smaller group RP.
Finally, the level of roleplay that the Order of Alsands rests at is completely up to its members. If there is a desire for a higher or more intense immersion from our members we will gladly accommodate it!
What is the theme and story?
The Order of Alsands began as a relatively unknown band of merchants and traders living and working in Hidel before the war with Calpheon. After the war began, these commoners began to take measures into their own hands in order to learn how to protect themselves from the external threats to their city, and own meager livelihood. After the capture of their King in a nighttime ambush, and the subsequent crippling demands placed upon the city by its captors, the first official meetings between these concerned merchants and common citizens were held.
Because the enemy King restricted Hidel's ability to form an army, trade with any city other than Calpheon, and hand over possession of all Black Stones, a representative of the common citizens, Alundi, was elected to speak on the city's behalf. His followers loved him and believed in him so much that he became a kind of Peasant King of the city. His followers began to call themselves "Al's Hands" as a nickname to show their good faith in promoting Alundi's cause and doing whatever they could to support him. The enemy King promptly imprisoned, tortured and abandoned Alundi somewhere in neutral territory and after this horrific act the citizens banded together to create the Order of Al's Hands--which over time would be known as the Order of Alsands.
Under this new name the simple trade guild grew into something deeper and more powerful. On the surface the Order of Alsands remains a simple merchant guild to any strangers, but the leadership has entered into an agreement with the political and religious leaders of Calpheon to "continue research" into the mysteries of the Black Stones. This is, of course, an elaborate ruse to keep the prying eyes of Calpheon away from the other activities of the guild. The mission of our Order is to act as a protective force for its citizens, create an underground black market to bring profitable trade back to Hidel, and find out the magical properties and alchemical secrets of the Black Stones for the purposes of obtaining independence for our home city and its people.
    What's up with the hand?
Members and supporters of Alundi began organizing in secret and referring to themselves as "Al's Hands" after his rise in political power, imprisonment, torture and banishment.
As a demonstration of this support, members began leaving their mark around the city and region: cryptic words, tags and logos. As these images crept up and became publicly acknowledged, one symbol rose above all others to become the unofficial symbol of Al's Hands: the open palm hand stencil.

Using anything, including: black soot, ink, dirt and even baking flour--a supporter of Al's Hands would place their open palm against the wall of a noble's house, carriage or ship and throw the dark material onto their hand and the wall, leaving a clean space where their hand was, surrounded by an ominous dark shadow--same as the dark cloud of corruption that has fallen over their beloved city.
Just as these symbols began to spread across the land, the term "Samaritan" seemed to make a sudden resurgence back into public vernacular. This was no coincidence, however, as Al's Hands supporters used the seemingly innocuous term to refer to one another whenever subtlety and discretion was vital. This was often done in the presence of any strangers, public officials or suspected spies and used as both an "innocent" greeting and important confirmation of friend or foe. While this is not the only method used to keep their secrets held and members identified, it has become as widespread as their hand symbol.
As more and more people joined their ranks, members of Al's Hands needed to become more organized and deliberate in their efforts. Thus, a formal guild was designed and created by prominent leaders of the community, dubbed the Order of Alsands, to take them further into the future and bring their dreams to fruition.
What is the Guild's Leadership Structure?
We plan on implementing a checks-and-balances system among the Guild's Leadership. Its highest position being held by Neviana Lyrathel as the Order’s Matriarch and Guild Leader. Below her will be an even number of officers who will aid her in overall decision making and plotting the course of the guild's progress into the future. Every topic will be discussed and evaluated by the entire leadership body; with the leader acting as the swaying vote if the Officers are split evenly.
