Yes, I am waiting too. So? They had a hiccup and its a weekend, give them some slack. I am sure you wont die over day or two waiting on your precious packs.

Everytime they do something wrong theres that one person whos like "Oh its fine they'll fix it".

Like how... Every single maintenance is extended.

I am the first one to call them out if they really do something wrong but this is minor thing that happens everywhere.

What extended maintenance? Are you sure you are posting on the right game forum? Or maybe go troll somewhere else 9_9

Please educate yourself before trying to be snotty on a forum and calling people 'trolls'.

I've never seen a game with re-occurring delivery issues as bad as here. This problem hasn't been limited to just compensation items or package items (retro-active package items in this case) either-- it's happened to people with pearls too (probably a different system, but I wouldn't be surprised if it's a related issue). I wouldn't consider that a minor issue.

I was totally understanding of the delivery problems back at launch when they were just getting things up and running while their servers were getting hammered by a crapton of people. However, it's been four months. That's ample time to have worked on their back-end and fix their delivery system. There's really no good excuse for this to still be an issue months later.

Sure, there's really nothing we can do but wait. It's certainly not the end of the world, but it is justifiably frustrating, and it's understandable that people want to vent about it.

Anyway, it's been over 24 hours for me, and I haven't even got the 'delivery fail' message either.

sadly this is the sate of gaming as a whole nowadays. It's just a license you paid to have acces to their software and aggreed to any changes they feel to implement. Gone are the days of a game actually being "owned".

um, that's been the state since the beginning.

Somehow i ordered something off the internet, was not home for the first delivery and got it on the second, in the time i still haven't gotten the ingame mail with the items. I really wonder what system they are using for this stuff.

In my guild it are only the Dutch people that are having this problem.

Wrong, technically.  It states on the list of items that you will get the value pack if you purchase the game.  I've been waiting over 24 hours now since I ordered the items from my account page.

26 hours now. I'm guessing it will be just like it was for the head start package items. 1 hour to 3 weeks you will get your items.

Still haven't gotten mine. But I still wait in event items that was supposed to be given to me 3 months ago so color me un-surprised. xD
