disconnecting Disconnecting constantly from some channels.

I am getting constant disconnects on some channels.  When I get in game, everything is taking a long time to load but once it does I have no lag.  After a good 30 seconds, I get disconnected completely.

Calpheon u1 and Mediah u2 at least it happened on.  Mediah u1 seemed to be fine but I had to swap back to U2 and bam, happened again.  Have already restarted game and then PC.  Other guildies were having the same issue but it seems to have cleared up for them.

Feel like this issue has been under reported, but I and many others in my guild are also experience frequent desync, reload, and disconnections. It could be related to the skipped maintenance this last week for gamescon. As this issue has been most aggressive the last week or so.

I agree.  Just died again due to extreme lag.  Keep switching channels, none of them seem more stable than any other.  And just lost connection with the server while writing this post :C

Can we get some feedback on constant server issues?

Having this issue as well, normally i play on Med e2, now on val e2, I'm noticing it is also loading my characters with the default appearances of the character before loading the changes I have.

Valencia U2, Serendia U2 atm. tested. On both items are being loaded very slow, server does not respond to actions (mail is empty, can't mount a horse, dye'd pieces are default color), and as soon as the game is done loading most of it, auto disconnect.

No weekly maintenance, usually ends up with something like this. Atleast reboot the damn servers once a week Daum!

edit: Considering that Daum is at gamescom advertising their baby, would'nt it make sense that it would work, especially now.

Calpheon U2 also a no go for me.

Happening to me--Velia O1. Loads in long enough that I can see the map, but not interact with anything. After 5 minutes, disconnects.

Also: Velia O2 doing same.

I'm having same issues.  Was having lag so I restarted computer and game.  I load in (takes awhile unlike usual where I usually connect quickly) and cannot interact with any NPCs.  No player characters load at start but then they start to pop in.  Everything goes on hyper speed then I will get DC'd.

Not a client side problem, does not fix it. Clear server memory and cache might.

Getting the same issue on Edan Val 2 as well.   I guess they didn't feed the hamsters enough for the week.

Yup UNO is lagging really bad atm as well. Wish they would stop skipping weekly maint. we NEED one every week

so basically thee response is "we are aware of the connection problem but...yea the IT dept is busy playing pokemon-go so just come back tomorrow after maintenance"

At this point this company has turned the wrong corner. They are now at odds with their customer base and feel its beneath them to respond. 

I haven't seen one acceptance from this company that their is in fact on their end. I doubt they will do anything... we are the enemy, we became that when we said " no P2W"

They're not responding because they have no solution.
Once enough people stop playing due to frustration the problem will sort itself out.
They already have your money, so it's not really a problem for them.

Enough with the disconnects guys, I can always tell when node wars starts. BAM out of the blue disconnect and 5 min or less online before disconnects until all the node wars are over. Seriously your network code sucks balls. I have several options for ISPs and NO other game does this and I play a few it is your servers and network code. It doesn't matter what channel I chose. Fix it this is inexcusable.
