Witch & Wizard

  • Fixed the issue where Concentrated Magic Arrow’s damage wasn’t being dealt properly.

  • Decreased the amount of damage of Concentrated Magic Arrow in PVP combat.

  • Fixed the issue where Staff Attack’s damage was dealing significantly less than it was intended to in certain conditions.

  • Fixed the issue where Mana Absorption didn’t function properly in certain conditions.

  • Fixed the issue where the animation for ice forming around a target on a moving ship was not properly tracking, when the skills Frigid Fog or Freeze were used.
     

Wizard Only

  • Wizard’s combat and normal stances has been improved so they would look more natural.

Witch Only

  • Added eye blinking animation in combat stance.

  • Fixed the issue where Staff Attack VI dealt less damage than Staff Attack V in certain conditions

 

YAYYY they fixed the mana absorb bug finallyyy

My wizard is standing the same way as he used to, i don't see a difference. 

Also no wiz costume, QQ.

When servers come back up going to test Concentrated Magic Arrow now at Heidel arena. Overall have been very unhappy with Wiz play. Hardly get any love for this class and tired of having to try three times as hard to win any 1v1 or being hunted by every other class with good gear just because Wiz is like a free kill solo. Its been bad enough in 1v1 since April when I started the game. Now classes running around with awakenings and its pointless to even battle them at all. AND if anyone hasn't noticed yet, Wiz can not even escape any class in the game anymore. So now I am in a lot of situations where only option is fight and die.

why would u even use concentrated arrows? they have a casttime n theres lil point trying to land it. Its always been fastcast cc into MMA spam, assuming ur AP is high, cuz we need even higher AP to tear through stuff as wiz/witch. The way u speak of the class makes it sound u need more experience, as we are far from free kill. Yes I agree that certain classes are hard, while we also have the tools.

I am doing the same damage with Concentrated Magic Arrow III in PVE as I did before this patch. Still a crap skill, long cast time, less damage than MMA (even on Cooldown) and the smallest AOE radius of all spells.

Well you know not too many ppl have the time to effort to reach 200AP with full boss gear for just to be equal with other classes in 1vs1 situations...Right now i have 180AP 265 DP and still have problems against zerkers sorcs or warriors...that does not mean that i don't have experience of the class you know....Btw i see some of your pvp videos you did really as wizard..

you are right, and i am also improving, but the sad truth is, currently we need higher ap to deal with TRI geared ppl with duo or tri acce. It makes sence that u would have issues as it takes longer time with that 180 ap, even vs warrs it wont b enough to tear down block. But as with awakenings dmg goes up, so it should only get easier for u, assuming we get more fastcast cc

Yeah true we need higher AP against all those tri geared ppl for sure even higher than the other classes...you know i'm waiting like crazy to get our awakening i'm really excited with the gameplay on trailer...I think is a huge boost for the class and on the right way...Also until the release in EU we have the time to improving gear accesories etc..

I did a quick grind session as soon as the servers went up. I noticed my main hand durability depleting extremely fast. The culprit seemingly being MMA, as soon as I noticed I was @ 53 durability in less than a half hour I did some testing and found that in about 6 casts I had lost 2 durability using MMA. Did anyone else notice this?

 

If this is actually happening we need to be loud and upset because this nerfs our already noncompetitive PvE ability into oblivion. Perhaps kakao really just wants us to roll rangers.

I just tested again -2 durability in 7 casts of MMA. GG RIP Wiz/Witch.

This is why I carry 2 Liverto Staffs and 2 steel daggers--My staff would last about 1.5 hours at Frogans--So we will see how long it last now
