Why all cry about this box ? they offer you a boss armor and no one is happy, they can give nothing.

So, how does that corporate ----- taste?

If you offer something to keep people playing the game, then you should deliver on it, not screw people with slanted RNG.

Treating your customers like shit is not a good buisness decision.

Well, yes, it would be nice if the box we, the ones that have already opened it, would get a box that has no chance of dropping a Red Nose Armor. Just to prevent further disappointment and to basically give us something to look forward to for having to wait two more weeks.

Tbh I feel like we're asking for too much if we ask for that

If you've played more than a month on this game you would realize its all RNG based. So while I agree that happy customers = happy company. You kind of have to assume that RNG will fk u and hope for the best. RNG conquers all

You do realize that he basically says in the first sentence that you only have to claim it, and then he says that you have to open it in ANOTHER sentence, right? He also says that existing boxes will be fixed, yet provides no ETA on that, and only on the fact that "new" boxes will be issued nov 2nd. Considering how many -----ups this company already had - you can't blame me for wanting CLEAR and SIMPLE answer that can't misinterpreted, right?

KR has a buff applied to kuno / ninja from before we got them here... we still havent recieved that buff.

hmm i see but still i dont see any problem on my ninja, i can kill ppl quite eeasily...i dont know why ppl complain...i am not the best but i have learned the class quite well...maybe these ppl must learn how to play and just w8 till we get the buff instead of complaining bout everything...and no am not geared as fck..

  If I was this company this would be the last time I offer an event like this. Why deal with all the whiny, entitled, little brats complaining over a free item. If they never had the event, no one would know any different and it would be one less headache on their part.

When I hear Daum say this, all I hear is "it was intended for red nose to drop 90% of the time, not 100% of the time".

That's how bad their track record is.

Glad to hear that you will issue another box - and i personally think it would be best to remove the Red Nose Armor from the second box as i know a lot of people would be very disappointed to receive yet another Red Nose Armor.

But you shouldn't have rigged the box in the first place - and it even have taken more time to write the weighted random algorithm instead of just value 1-5 and then a random number between the two, so it would have been random as you said it was. People have loyally logged in to the game everyday in order to obtain a boss armor piece that is almost impossible to get as a drop.

So please remove the Red Nose armor from the next box, as it will only be given to people 'unlucky' enough to have gotten the Red Nose from the first box, and the make it random 25% chance on each item.

If the event  end's at NOV 2 , it should end there, because some peoples have planned  ( even missed few claiming days), thus not everyone already have claimed this box.  

Anyway, when the heck you will learn .. (after how many bugs, issues and all possible uncomfortable situations? ).. that you should test things first .. This is another face-palm to the customers .. who waited for this last - main - even part and did everything to not to skip a day.. etc . Feels like new stuff integration comes with very little attention to details and or irresponsibility , lack of knowledge about scripting, testing etc .. half-ass patches and soooo on.

 Test phases.. :)

1. got a script and agreement from the main source

2. copy paste

3. Yay it shows up in the game.

4, It's real .. I can open, it shows some description on it.

5. Done. Milking process begins.

6. complains

7. Hot fix

8 hot fix for another 2 hours.

9. ok another 4

10. gaddam.. another two

11. OK, we should test few things.

12. Appolgise letters.

13. OK we were wrong, need to do something ..

14. Heyy, boss! Remember we have those useless, but great looking Gift Boxes, give them as an apologise. Anyway 99,9% will get black stones. LOL.

15. Taking out from a dusty shelf one long ago prepared event.. and announce it as next upcoming Big Bang. Cross fingers.. maybe this time ...

Been playing since EU launch - even did the Beta weekend things.

I know that the game is mostly RNG, doesn't mean thats not shit.

And it especially doesn't mean that the attendance rewards have to be like that as well.

You've never worked customer service before, have you?

Because what they are doing is running a promotion under a false premise and then hilariously messing it up, then rather than being generous and swift in correcting it, promising to resolve it in several weeks by giving us another box that will probably just drop rednose... That is anything but good customer service for a product that is not f2play but pay2play. And its not about doing their job better than them, its expecting them to do it correctly, the same way you expect a steak when you order a steak and not a hamburger...

I wouldn't be here now mentioning that people like us are being stinged because we simply didn't join earlier.

'basically worthless' meanwhile 20m on the market and it literally considered boss armor. Doesn't matter if it gives bad perks, it's still worth money. I have 2 level 55 accounts and 1 56, i've collected all level up rewards. As I said, you have 0 proof that they rig boxes. It's like saying the casinos are rigged because you never win. I play for hours a day. Uneducated? You're literally saying something is so without proof other than 'cuz i didn't get something i wanted'. The next loot box will be a fixed version and you may get something else. so this statement is invalid.

You keep saying rigged as if it's fact. Yet again, 0 proof. It is free, you can login for a 1 minute a day and still get the box so yes, it is FREE. The shit on their behalf is irrelevant as the only thing we have to do to get that reward go on once a day. 'often put money in the game' ain't something you can use either. You choose whether or not you do that and a lot of people don't. Hence, FREE. Obviously they wouldn't do it without getting something for them, but on our end it's literally a matter of logging in daily. It's not lied too, it's a bug. It happens. Yet again assuming it's rigged. The best thing about being on my side is that you have to prove that they're rigging it and to do that, they have to state it or you have to work for them and neither will happen.

Free implies you don't have to pay or do ANYTHING to get it. Dilligently playing the game is not "nothing", so box is NOT FREE. Seeing server traffic, people actively playing makes other people want to play the game and put the money in it to be ahead of/catch up to others. If you can't fathom that, just shut up and don't make me laugh.

"It's a bug". Have you ever programmed? You'd need to be REALLY retarded to make a mistake like that despite getting paid. KR gave us their RIGGED boss gear box for pearls. We were supposed to get the one they got that actually could give you other pieces. Do you even know what "bug" is?

Kudos to @GM_Caramel for doing an amazing job at crisis management. I will admit this is the first time in the past few months where I actually had faith in the future of the game.

Greetings adventurers,

We have investigated the reports of users having received only a single item type from the Attendance Reward 'Boss Armor Box'. At this time it appears the item is not functioning as intended, we are taking the necessary steps to correct this issue. Players that received one of the defective boxes will be issued a new fixed version at the end of the event.

Please note you will only receive the second box if you had already claimed the defective attendance reward by the end of the event, in addition to this we will not be removing any of the rewards earned by the original box.  Please note that you must claim and open the original box prior to November 2nd or it will disappear.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and thank you for understanding.

That's a very classy way for you to resolve the issue. Kudos for stepping up here.
