Bought a Gift Pass over 48 hours ago to give to a friend so he can play the game, guess what.. after purchase I still haven't received the gift pass, made a ticket they said it could take 24 hours, 24 hours later still nothing, so I make a new ticket to ask about it guess what happened next? The new ticket I made got an answer from a GM but it wasn't actually an answer, he/she took the time to read my ticket and see the situation that I was in and decided to ''Request #........ was closed and merged into this request'' Great answer. Loving the fact that I payed 10 dollars for something and im not even getting an answer from the support itself about it. 10/10

Honestly they're probably slammed right now because of their black friday sales.

This situation sucks, like, big time, but I'm sure it will be -properly- handled in a timely fashion.

Eh, they could have told you the same thing they told me "We took your money and denied you access to the game because we felt like... Neh nyah neh neh" Suffice it to say banks and paypal don't take kindly to crap like that, especially when the company in question broke multiple laws and their own Terms of Use in the process.

 

Just keep badgering them until it gets resolved and if It doesn't dispute the charge in a civil manner with your bank/payment service.

Can you please check on your requests page whether you still have an open ticket currently? We only merge tickets when we see that you actually sent in multiple tickets for the same issue. If your issue is not solved yet, you can also reopen a ticket again.

I have done 3 and as soon as payment cleared it was on my account page clear as day

Can you please check on your requests page whether you still have an open ticket currently? We only merge tickets when we see that you actually sent in multiple tickets for the same issue. If your issue is not solved yet, you can also reopen a ticket again.

My situation is under ''investigation'' by the billing specialists, was also informed that my ticket will remain on-hold while they ''conduct our investigation'' just dont understand how they can deal with this situation like it was just another case of someone not being able to log into the game, i payed for something and being forced to wait for replys and now ''investigations''

Checking for the pass on myinfo after logging in on the main website (under Coupon List theres Gift Pass List which in my case is empty) in the ticket they asked for a screenshot for proof, one was sent showing thats the case.
