Constant "Not Responding" after 5 min in game

For the last two days I've been experiencing issues with the game totally freezing and getting a "not responding' message about every 5 to 10 minutes of play time...and sometimes less.  At first it seemed to be in areas where there was snow; but now it's anywhere and at any time.  If my character happens to turn around too quickly it can freeze up and I get the game not responding message.  This is especially frustrating when one has to be logged in for an hour of play time in order to receive a reward, yet I can't stay logged in for more than a few minutes without having to end the game and relog---something I've had to do several times in the last hour.

Is this a customer side problem (my graphics card), or is it on your side?  I'd gladly purchase a new graphics card, but I'd like to know that would truly fix the issue before spending that kind of money.  If there is some other solution to try first please advise.

its them been an issue since last patch even though some say its your pc dont believe them its an issue with the way they coded the santa patch. if your game was running fine before christmas patch then its them some ppl have the issue some don't I unfortunately am 1 who has the game freeze issue and i build and repair computers for a living mine is top notch and i get the freeze really frustrating..

 

Daum. patch notes- Fixed an issue where snow was not correctly piling in lowered graphics settings, or falling while underwater.

but it didn't fix the game freeze issue so?

Getting kinda this issue as well, its rarely 5 minutes from logging on but im waking up to a shutted down BDO almost every day since christmas patch (last wednesday).  
Making it impossible to train horses while sleeping/afk.

hello i have not noticed my game act up at all untill tonight when it seriously kept crashing and freezing and would black screen with pearl abyss logo sometimes , sometime just freeze entire pc and i have to manually restart it... this has got to be fixed soon so everyone who plays BDO can enjoy playing over the holidays, i mean , if daum shuts down the servers for emergency maintenance to fix and add in a skill..... they should really get priorities straight and emergency shut down servers to fix this issue that kill the game for allot of ppl it looks like .. lol gg

I forgot to turn on capture/shadowplay on my Geforce experience after a reboot and i haven't crashed once today until i turned it on again.  Could be a connection, don't know yet, since the crashes are so random it's hard to tell, but will continue leaving shadowplay off and see what happens.  980ti btw.

Edit; Nope, woke up crashed, no message no nothing.

GMs, Kakao and Pearl Abyss won't move a finger to fix the problem, We have already contacted them a million of times with no definite answer.

Good work Kakao games on making your games unplayable!
