A lot of new players have joined us and a lot of current players seem stuck on their gear. I've constantly heard requests on what to do for gear so I've put together a little guide. Let me know what you think and if anything should be changed!

Fabulous guide!

I'd been meaning to put one together for my guildies, but, eh, lazy. Also the way you presented yours is much cleaner and snazzier than I would have done.

Thank you for sharing. :)

I still disagree with the Ancient Set as a choice for beginners. Unless you've gotten it from some event the costs amount to roughly 10 million - the same value as all the other gear combined, while the +5 acc set effect and the pitiful amount of DP is neigh useless until later stages of the game. That money is better spent on a stronger weapon, since getting more AP is pretty much your only worry until you hit Mediah.

Some classes dont have a AP Offhand like Musa, Sorc, Ranger ie how to reach 200ap with Warrior without bossgear?

I still think Heve is a better choice than Grunil now, it will make your 7th step smoother.

I'm also not a fan of MoS, it's still too expensive for something you're bound to replace. Stick with red coral rings for the beginning, then Valencia's rings can do the same than PRI MoS for 0 cost (plus a HP/MP bonus) and after that it's honestly time to do the leap toward crescents. All in all, MoS just feel like a giant waste of money (especially if you go for DUO/TRI) considering that rings, out of all accessories, are the cheapest to upgrade from blue to gold, while being one of the most efficient upgrade (ogre case aside).

I would also skip the ancient set and directly go for 2x red coral earings. It will just save more money since buying for selling later on is just a pure loss.

Only thing I would change is doing the valencia quest lines for the 2 7ap rings that each also give 50 health or mana instead of getting pri-marks. Also has the side benefit of unlocking a new weekly scroll from the black spirit and allowing you to go from 100 to the neighborhood if 170-180 contribution (if you do some kill quests or not) along the way.

Starter set if you have the full 7 pieces for the extra +10 AP. But asap replace.

One thing I'd argue about this gearing guide is that as a Warrior - facing a lot of AP restrictions - I'm at TRI weapons + DUO accessories and generally 10 behind on the AP every step. And that's with DUO Witch's Earrings over the coral ones, etc.
