The Silver Embroidered ones cant be, but the ones from rewards or the npc can be.

However, I get no option to dye my [Costume] Professional Trader's Clothes. So it appears those ones can not be dyed.

Delphe Knights and Garnier Troupe ones can be dyed. However certain sections are undyable. ie the sleeves on the Garnier Troupe can't be dyed.

All the clothes you can craft in the costume mill that are not the Silver Embroidered Clothes can be converted into a dyable version using the Equipment Tailor Coupon in the Pearl Shop for 1,500P. Some examples found here.

More specifically, basically any outfit you buy at the luxury shop vendor guy, that sells life skill clothes, can be turned into a costume.

You can not dye them at all though.

They retain all of their effects just get moved to the costume slot so you can wear both silver embroidered and the costume version at the same time.

Oh, one last thing, even if you costume then they retain their requirements, so for example, if you costume professional traders clothes, you cant use the costume until you are professional 5 or whatever the requirement is.
