You used a bunch of words, but said nothing. Give it another try, and I'll have a conversation with you. Promise.

Belittling ppl with a different opinion than yours and telling them to stop sharing those opinions are both great conversation starters id imagine.

Judging from your Bow Crystals, How are you able to farm effectively (or pvp) without going nuts from MP pots addictions ?

I tried the power crystals (cheap +5 AP) for a day, on my Bow, and couldn't stand the freaking MP pots spam i had to deal with to keep farming some monsters ... went back to town, and changed my setup immediately back to the MC of infinity - Extraction.

Open question for everyone.

(PS) : playing mostly on awakening stance.

i spam mana pots on cooldown

Newsflash - that's not required. As a matter of fact, node wars aren't required either. They are a tiny, tiny portion of the game. And a tiny, tiny portion of players participate in.

Node wars are not the game, lol.

Ok pvp is not the game, lifeskills is not the game as well since competing without a value pack is out of the question, breeding and horseracing I guess is not the game since going at it without swapping your CC to get a decent horse is a slim chance....What exactly do you do in game?

PS. If you think a tiny tiny portion of the population attends nodewars we must be playing a different game.....

An actual P2W game, you drop thousands and you get the in-game equivalent of that in terms of gear/attempts; months worth of time.  In BD, you get weeks only.  Big difference.

So when exactly does a game go from not P2W to P2W? How much money for how many weeks?

- 'It's too expensive so it's not really worth it', but some people will still do it.

- 'It's only a minor advantage', but some people will still buy every advantage.

- 'You can get the same without paying', except it can take you years (inventory space), it will be much less than you get by paying (weight limit increase) or you have to be the luckiest S.O.B. alive (a T8 horse with all the best skills).

You can ask 100 people and they will have 100 opinions on where they draw the line between 'any advantage is P2W' and 'it's not P2W since you don't actually win'.

Mate I ve argued and argued on the matter since launch, I tried to be reasonable with everything they ve added to the CS over those 11 months but I really dont get how people accept the non restricted buying of artisan memory as non p2w...You literally can turn those into ingame currency through enchanting and many people have admitted making hundreds of millions selling tri livertos or awakenings or even boss gear.....

Left with no other pop culture acronym way to express real world currency having an undesired effect on game play, they say this! Then people pick it apart for being a literal sentiment when it is not always intended to be when used. Thus, circular arguments are born along with a rather impressive amount of this forums content.

Adding that subjectivity to the equation is the problem.  We are suppose to eliminate that when defining terms.  You pay and you win.  Look at what you win then look at what's important to the game.  If your answer is some gold, then it's likely not large enough.  For a proper way to win, that gold needs to converted to a TET+ weapon or armor; presumably boss as well.  It then also needs not to go to anybody else and only benefits the person spending cash.  It then also needs to push you far enough that people who play months can't catch up to you without additional months.  Not one thing in our cash shop accomplishes this due to the fact of RNG bids, RNG enchanting, etc.  We may have some items that offer a possibility of more chances or better ways to make money(Artisan memory; 33% in cost reductions, horse taming; better tiers/skills) but certainly nothing gamebreaking that pushes the spender months ahead of everybody else.

Anything less is convenience and that is how companies fly under this specific set of radar.  They know the boundary all too well and fly as close to it as possible.

Or one could simply accept that a game is P2W but that doesn't mean it suddenly becomes unplayable.
