If it's the case, you can reply to it.Ask other players or friends you know what they think of your post before you click the "Submit" button.Be realistic. Thread bumping The User shall not bump own threads. Replies to own threads with the sole purpose of moving said thread to the top of the forum can lead to a warning with the possible consequence of losing writing permissions on http://forum.blackdesertonline.comIf the User wants to add more information to a post, the “EDIT” function can be used. It is permitted to reply to own posts once every 48h as long as the follow up post adds new and meaningful information related to the topic.Replies to other users posts with the sole purpose of increasing it's visibility are also considered thread bumping as well as spam and will be actioned accordingly.Normal replies to other users are not affected by the above mentioned rules.6.2. Posting Etiquette The user shall not post in all capital letters, use excessive punctuation, flamboyant fonts etc. to draw attention to its posts.Using the words Kakao, Kakao Games, Pearl Abyss or any Kakao Games Europe member’s name in a topic title is frowned on.The user shall not use misspelled versions of inappropriate words to circumvent the swear word filter. Doing so shows the User was fully aware of the nature of the word and it will be reflected in any potential penalties.6.3. Interacting with other users Post made with the sole purpose of upsetting or angering other users are not allowed. All posts have to be made in the spirit of mutual respect. The User shall not attack or insult other users for having different opinions or for making statements the User disagrees with. Challenging the opinions or statements of other users is permitted, attacking the person holding them is not. If the User finds the actions of other users in breach of the forum rules, the Report Function should be used in order to bring the case to the attention of the moderator team. The case will then be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken. The user shall not "name and shame" other users. If a user is suspected to have broken Terms of Service / Terms of Use or taken part in fraudulent activities it should be reported directly to Kakao Games Europe by submit a support ticket.6.4. Quoting The User shall not quote posts who break the forum rules. The User is instead encouraged to use the Report Function in order to bring inappropriate content to the attention of the moderator team. Reported content will then be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken.6.5. Abuse of Report Function The user shall not abuse the report function. The report function is intended to be used to make the moderation team aware of potential breaches of the forum rules not to get revenge on other users. If the User finds another user behaving inappropriate several times in a short time span, the Report Function can be used, highlighting one relevant post and indicating in the notes that other threads are affected too. If the User feels a thread is out of control, one post should be reported indicating in the notes the whole thread needs attention.  7. RP Forum Rules The RP Forums follow a more strict rule set. Any user wishing to participate on the RP forums is advised to review the specific rules before posting.  8. Appeal Forum Moderations Threads deemed inappropriate to a particular forum will be moved to a more appropriate forum or even removed completely. Threads that have been removed or closed are not to be re-posted. The User shall not discuss specific cases of moderated posts or disciplinary actions against users on the forum. If the User disagrees with an action taken by the moderator team, an e-mail should be send to forumdisputes@blackdesertonline.com. An uninvolved Community Manager will then review the case.

Live maintenance so it's not going offline, if you get dc, just restart to switch to operational servers.

Kicked from Velia 1. Then kicked again from Balenos 1. Now I'm barred and On Queue for 15 minutes. WTF is this.

@CM_Aethon It is actually intended that we can't click on the Start Game button anymore after being kicked out from the server receiving the "Connection with the server has been lost" to reconnect instead of having to restart the whole game?

Seriously, I'm still waiting an answer

 Update [165mb Patch]: The hotfix has been applied and should resolve the Attendance Reward Event messages. Players will need to relaunch the game and download a small patch to apply the fix.

I hope this will work today, but no panic from here :D who is in a rush anyways.

Last night my time on Olvia was over, but today Im finding it difficult to play. Any server I chose closes, and when I relog and find one that is open, Im not allowed to enter it, as if I am somehow responsible for having been kicked off and gone looking for another server, and then get disconnected again because it too has been closed.

Wouldnt it be, I donnu, socially adept, to perhaps make a server wide announcement if you are doing rolling restarts, and lift the login restrictions so new players, such as myself, arent met first night out of the honeymoon suite with a display of idiocy crafted so expertly one my believe it was intentionally crafted so, with the delicate hands of experts used to this type of method? Honestly it doesnt exactly inspire confidence in a newcommer I gotta say.

Did I get extra special treatment on Olvia because right now, I dont even know if I should laugh or just not buy the next 30 day pack, because honestly, talk about rude awakenings, this is silly on another level.

We're aware of players receiving the message "The Attendance Reward Event is not in effect." and will be working to resolve this in a minor hotfix. Our current estimate on applying this will be early tomorrow, however this may be subject to change.

Update [165mb Patch]: The hotfix has been applied and should resolve the Attendance Reward Event messages. Players will need to relaunch the game and download a small patch to apply the fix.

 

Additional Ongoing issues we are aware of and are working to resolve:

  • Some titles have encountered an issue during the patching process and will be resolved at a later date.
    • Some of the titles include:
      • Conqueror of Balenos
      • Conqueror of Serendia
      • Conqueror of Calpheon
      • Conqueror of Mediah
      • Conqueror of Valencia
  • Players may encounter an issue in certain areas of the ocean when sailing a boat, we do not currently have an estimate on when this will be resolved. We have included a helpful image created by a user of the area that is currently affected.

  • The in-game option for voice over language selection is currently not working, this will be addressed in a future maintenance.
  • For players experiencing an issue with the quest(s) involving the Dim Magical items, you may need to abandon the quest and then re-accept it to progress.
  • There is an issue with the alternate language settings for NPC voice overs, currently players are urged to use the normal default voice setting.
  • The floating debris in the newly released ocean content appear to be shy and are currently not letting players interact with them.
     

Fixed Issues:

  • Beauty Album and Photo Gallery are currently offline and will be brought online as soon as possible. *Fixed*
    • Please note the Photo Gallery may require additional time to bring online.
  • Some text is missing from the updated Channel Change screen and will be resolved in a future maintenance. *Fixed*
  • The North America - Calpheon 1 channel was not fully initialized and should be fixed shortly. *Fixed*
  • One of the purchase buttons in the pearl shop is currently not functioning as intended, please see the image below: *Fixed*
  • Holes in the game world around the Shakatu's Territory. *Fixed*

Floating debris was working now its broken again like the hard/shark event GG even EU got this correct...

This hotfix was just to fix the message that came up on screen/chat all the time.

so will the event be extended? since we couldnt do anything for 2 days , or will we be able to claim the past day rewards somehow?

Seriously, I'm still waiting an answer

I have a feeling it is the pop-up windows in general as I used to be able to click things when the "now processing" window popped up but now, things seem unresponsive so the best thing is to not make the game close when clicking okay on the "Connection with the server has been lost".

but the buttons no more work when that message pop-ups and something caused it after this patch and since it wasn't mentioned I think it's not intended..atleast I hope it isn't

I'm sorry but I don't care if the event is over. I want my rewards. I came back to BD in large part BECAUSE of the rewards, and I had my heart set on the final week of rewards as there is really good stuff. It was not clear to me or my GF that we would not get these rewards, as we understood it was for returning players. I think Daum should just let everyone who came back while the event was running claim the remaining rewards, cause this is complete bullsh*t!

The Attendance Event has ended with this yesterday's maintenance, so it's normal that you're not able to obtain anymore new rewards from this event. The board will be available for 7 more days so that you can claim any rewards you forgot in the past, however you will not be able to gain new rewards anymore.

Sure, how can you live without your missed attendance reward. I mean it's not like we are getting free rewards every now and then... Right? Stop these boring complaint's, they are so childish and annoying once you all repeat them all together.

And Still I have yet to see someone who got all 35 rewards. Everyone I asked about it or saw on the forums didnt get the 35 day reward. Something is wrong there. However you put it.

I got every one of the rewards. Claimed the last one  a few hours before maintenance.
