GMs not answering tickets

i got three tickets open, one is 6 days old.

I have a ticket open since sunday got a reply saying they had too many tickets but not to worry they received mine and will answer when they can.

I doubt you have a SLA with them for support. You won't get a refund because you are stomping your feet about response times. Their support is usually pretty fast. Could be they have a high volume of tickets right now or something along those lines.

Agree with Kutsuu, likely high volume as they're usually pretty good.  Especially when you see the really chatty ones not talking much suddenly, you know they're swamped.  Maybe they'll post a few things on break but then it's back to swimming through tickets.

i wonder if there is any way to get full paypal refund for not recieving customer support...

i spent too much in this game and i have the worst support ever.. i heard for some one that refund is possible depending on the reason ?

anyone can help with this ?

If you do manage to get a refund you'd lose your account and all the time and other money you put into it.  It's not worth that, is it?  If it was, I don't think you'd be here, still caring enough to post :3  

You likely still enjoy the game and would regret that choice.  Just make sure if you do try to get a refund you do it through them and not your credit card company through shady means or may end up affecting credit score if proven to be false.  Unsure, just be hesitant and careful please! :)

it took them 11 -----ing days to respond to my ticket over a missing item only for them to tell me to get -----ed and that they won't help me because they took too long to respond to my ticket. yes i'm serious. too much time has passed so they can't refund my item because they took 11 days to read my ticket that is 4 sentences long, even though I reported the missing item 3 hours after it initially didn't appear. 10/10 support

As is the nature of a dynamic game environment, we are experiencing a higher load of tickets than normal and will be responding to them as quickly as possible. We understand everyone's ticket is important to them, however when we receive a higher volume than normal it is not unusual for reply times to be delayed slightly. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
