Connection to the server has been lost

Regardless of which server I try to connect to, I get a server timeout/unable to connect saying "Connection to the server has been lost".
I've tried servers in both NA and EU and the issues persist regardless of how crowded said server is. I've rebooted and restarted my router, tried at least five different channels on both regions, made sure the firewall is off, no virus program running in the background and disabled Windows defender, but nothing helps. 


Does anyone know what to do?

This issue should  definately be paid attention to if it affects more players, which it seems to do, at least in periods. There are multiple threads from October and onwards reporting the same issue with no fix.

A fellow player on Reddit claims that the IP adresses could've been black listed and thusly blocked from accessing the game. A workaround is changing the MAC adress in the router settings. I am however curious as to why it has been blacklisted.

Got myself a VPN and tried three different tunnels with different IP-adresses, on both region. Issue still persists.

This is a server problem, it shows up only after 19:00-20:00(EU Servers CET) until 1:00 is very hard to reconnect cause servers are busy (there are 2-3 channel crowded, without olvia channels) while before 19PM there is only one channel crowded and you can play.

Same issue, lose connection evertime i try to afk horse trainning or afk fish.

Same issues after the small patch on Friday. It kept disconnecting and crashing my computer.

Just spoke to support via a ticket and they claim my hardware is inferior, even though I've had no previous problems playing and leveling a toon to 16 before the issues started to arise.

This is your problem guys, I after a week and more, I stopped playing because of this annoying problem, I tried to relogin and working all hours after three days of intense play here and reappeared. you can send the ticket to write millions of posts on the forum so that no one will be shit or answers that are not always the same with the same tests to do that in the end you do not need because I tried them all imaginable solutions with a GM. Try not to log for a week and then we tested if everything works properly. if that were true then you could try to make it clear to some GM where you're the problem that I think may also be due to some program in your and my pc that creates conflicts with BDO or the XGNCode3 system blocking access. That's almost my problem. I get the disconnected screen right after black spirit loading screen. I did create a ticket, and they claimed that my pc was too inferior. "Can you run it" and the fact that it worked perfectly last week would argue the opposite. 

Do you know which program that could be?
