value pack 7 Day Value Pack Merv's Palette not working!

I just noticed my Mervs Pallet is not working as well. Is it just random that it decides to not work? I have another Value Pack and really don't want to activate it if this is going to be an issue again in another week.

Just the Merv's Palette from the Event Value Pack (7 Days) is not working. All other Value Packs should have a working Merv's Palette.

Love the headphones in your avatar by the way :) I have a pair myself too!

I just noticed my Mervs Pallet is not working as well. Is it just random that it decides to not work? I have another Value Pack and really don't want to activate it if this is going to be an issue again in another week.

value packs stack so might as well just use it, wont make a difference if you use it later or now 

 

also if its a 30 or 90 value pack it wont have the same problem, it was just that one 7 day version we got 1-2 weeks ago

i just used a 7 day pack that i got a wile ago and same thing everything works but merv's pallet on my 7 day pack :(

you might be missing the corresponding mervs palette that was sent out maybe 2 days after we got that specific value pack. Check all your characters inventories, your storage and mail. If it's not there send in a ticket requesting a missing item. And just explain the problem.

 

P.S. I do not remember if the mervs palette had a specific amount of time to be accepted.

I have this same issue, since this morning.

I consumed 2x Value Pack (7days), giving me 14Days of bonus. I logged in today, with 6 Days left on my value pack, and my Merv Pallet is now missing. It was working before today...

 

I have sent a ticket to support, but i just found this thread in a google search after i had already sent my ticket, and I'm really surprised this isn't fixed yet.
 

I also never received a Merv Pallet in my mail - ever. Or rather, i never had the option to claim one. I recently came back to the game from a short break, so maybe the mail was deleted, or had expired, but i had 2x Value Pack (7Days) in my mail which i could claim, but no Mervs.
