I've written to support about 11 days ago, all i have received is that - we've got your ticket, like 9 days ago. So are you gonna solve my problem or you just wanna skip it?

I opened a ticket about unresponsive NPCs, rubber-banding and consistent superarmor/i-frame clipping about a week ago. The GM handling my ticket has not responded ever since I provided them with my log files, my DxDiag file and the WinMTR statistics they requested.. Ticket# is 279589.

At least it's better than Nexon with robot repply after 2 years (your ticket will be clossed because your problem is probably solved)

@GM_Caramel So your support answered me only 1 question about the date of problem. And now they keep silence. My ticket is opened for 1 month. Are you -----ing kidding me? WTF is wrong with your support? For what i payed my money???

i'm not sure if that's a jab at the gm or blissful ignorance. 

edit : in-case it is the later, i hope you do realize the poster would be the hand that feeds in that allegory, since we provide the monetary support, and the staff would be the ones doing the biting, as they are neglecting their paid duties. ignore this if it is the prior though~
