Additional question regarding hope fail stacks. Do they only apply to skill changes? i.e. the hope failstack only applies to using the coupons, and it will not get a better chance each level up to learn Instant Acceleration based on said hope failstack through traditional leveling.

Traded a T8 for Skill coupons and currently use them on a T8E. It´s 21 now and had 5 hope stacks that I used on sprint. When I spent the 6th hopestack I clicked on drift instead Sprint and voila, got Drift. (6 other skills remaining, FC, HK, Caution, S:HK so yeah, plenty of crap skills i could have gotten instead). Though it did not learn Sprint by levelup nor would the stacks dissappear if it did. So yeah, I don´t think the levelup system works, the gm who said that was just wrong.

Im breeding/exchanging T6G & T6J tomorrow... Really hoping for T7s seeing as my last breeding gave me two T6s back from T7s... Heres to hoping our luck changes :S

Training level doesn't really do anything for the most part, so you should be fine to level it whenever.

OMG!!!! I bred my FIRST ever Tier 8 horse today!!!

http://imgur.com/U2HjaGO

Oh gosh I am so excited about this!! I have been aiming for this for so long!! The combinations I used to get him are as follows:

T6 S Female (level 30 no deaths) + T7 E Male (level 30 no deaths) = T8 B Male foal.

Now, here is to hoping he doesnt turn out a potato :P

Congrats! That's the second T6/T7=T8 I've heard about in a couple days. Very lucky.

Did some breedings today, results were kinda sad.  All of em WILD  caught and wagon lvled to 24.

t5 male A  x t5 female A  = t5 female 5D =(

t5 male A x t5 female B = t6 male 6F =/

t5 male A (reset) x t5 female C = t6 female 6H meh

t5 male A (reset) x t5 female C (reset) = t6L female

t5A + t5C exchange = t6 female 6J

Next wagon gonna be my t7 lvl 30 with these new females .  Lets see if I can make a t8 or maybe a t7 female =((....

Bred a T7 D lvl 29 female to a friend's T8 D lvl 30. Mine has 15 skills only missing 2 seater so will swap at 30 if she doesn't get it. Which I wont hold my breath 😃. Can't give you his yet. Both courser horses.

I got a T7 E male with Q back and IA. So I'm very pleased. 😄

Mark this day on the calendar, for I've finally achieved my dream, and got my so long yearned T2D horse!

It seems the trick was to breed/exchange horses that were above level5 (I always kept myself under level 5 with T1s because I wanted to avoid the T3 pool). Turns out, there seems to be a predominant chance of getting a T3C if you keep yourself in the lv1-5 range with the T1 parents, whereas parents of level 6-10 are more likely to net you a T3 OR the T2D.

I've bred 8 times since trying this new route, and have never gotten the T3C. Here's the spreadsheet.

T1A Lv.8 (F) + T1B Lv.10 (M) = T3F (M) (Breed)

T1B Lv8 (F) + T1A Lv10 (M) = T3E (M) (Breed)

T1A Lv8 (M) + T1A Lv10 (F) = T3C (M) (Exchange)

T1B Lv8 (M) + T1B Lv10 (F) = T3C (M) (Breed)

T1A Lv11 (M) + T1B Lv7 (F) = T3C (M) (Exchange)

T1A Lv8 (M) + T1A Lv9 (F) = T3E (M) (Exchange)

T1B Lv6 (M) + T1B Lv9 (F) = T3F (M) (Breed)

T1A Lv8 (F) + T1B Lv8 (F) = T2D (F) (Exchange)

Now I'm off to try for the T3A and T3B. I've never gotten those despite my many T3 foals in the past. Any tips for those? They seem rather common.

Hello guys!

Also I have a question about this picture in the opening page regarding the price of skills:

Skill_Prices_Jan_2017.thumb.jpg.d9f319b7

At the beginning of the year I had started to do the same kind of list. Since I was constantly breeding and receiving the same foal (T2C), always at lv1, I figured I could at least make it useful and confront the price of each foal. I started to write down two lists, one for females and one for males, and confronted their sale prices of each to see the individual value of each skill. The foals were always same gender, same tier, same type, same level, same death/breeding numbers when I did, so I thought my results were accurate.

I'm noticing though that the prices on this picture are very different from mine (charge for 2,448,000 versus my charge, which was listed at 559,548). Obviously I figured that meant that a different kind of horse was used to list that price.

So I'm in doubt whether this list was made always with the same horse/tier/level/gender etc. to make sure that the price was determined only by the skill and no other factors. How accurate is this list? What horse(s) (since obviously each skin can learn only certain skills) were used?

I thought it was mentioned that the tier affects the ratio. For example Two seater is 8m but if you get it on a Tier 8 it will add 20m instead of 8m.

Yeah that's why I'd like to know if the abilities were measured taking the tiers into account or not, as well as other things like gender (since I know that makes a difference, although minor).

Awesome!  Funny that i tried for this 4 more times after you mentioned how long it was taking and I haven't gotten another.  Keep getting T3 even tho it had a much lower chance.  Anyway, whew!  You got your horsey! :D4

I don't know which skin they use, but here's the list (without T1-T3, but you can guess). I think having breedings left also affects the price, but I don't know about the coat or the gender. We could try to track our horsies and see if the list is still the same, because afaik it was made BEFORE the first horse price increase (yes, there was one). It may be a fun research :D

Well, first good luck on your first attempt at a T7  :)

Cheers. And here is my result:

T5M L. 28 + T5L L. 29 = T6K (F)

You may level your male T5 to 29 to have better chances for a T7.

I kept my horse trained "by the book" (aka the calc) as it was giving me no difference from 28 to 29. That being said, I will level him up to 30 either for the second breed attempt and expecially, for the exchange.
