Hi! Could someone please take a look at my ticket which I submitted one month ago? I know this isn't really allowed, but I seriously don't know how to get someone to respond.

  I don´t think so, I guess. I asked if I could switch my pre-order armour to another character since the one I created at the start isn't really in my interested any longer (which makes perfect sense in my head). I thought I knew what class I would play but it turned out that I was so wrong haha. I understand if they have alot on their plate right now, but its so frustrating not getting response and not knowing how to get response.

No, not really. I want it on my wizard...didntdidn'tly enjoy the Dk class. Why the agressive attitude? Havent done anything to deserve that...so uncalled for.

weird. I've never had this problem. All my tickets are answered pretty much instantly. Have you guys tried paying2win? I pay daum a lot of money and I think they give me preferential treatment for it. It's kinda nice actually.
