How to make sure your contribution will be taken into account: Be precise and constructive.Take the time to explain your reasoning behind a feeling or a suggestion.Check if the suggestion you have in mind has already been shared. If it's the case, you can reply to it.Ask other players or friends you know what they think of your post before you click the "Submit" button.Be realistic. To add content requires a long time, but don't feel discouraged if it takes time to see changes.  I want to thank you in advance for any suggestions provided, and we look forward to reading your contributions!

Inappropriate or infringing content Kakao Games Europe does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, article, link or comment posted by other users in the Services, and shall not be responsible for the contents of any such message, article or comment.The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of Kakao Games Europe. The User can report any violation of the services policies by clicking on the report icon on the Forums.The User shall not use the Service(s) to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually offensive, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violating of any applicable law.The User shall not use the Service(s) to post any advertisement, link or information regarding content which infringes the Agreement.The User shall not post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned or licensed by the User or by Kakao Games Europe.The user shall not promote illegal or illicit activities including cheating and the use of exploits.  2. Violation of law The User undertakes to respect the legislation of the country from which the User launches the Game and accesses the Services.  6. Behavioral rules and guidelines 6.1. Thread bumping The User shall not bump own threads. Replies to own threads with the sole purpose of moving said thread to the top of the forum can lead to a warning with the possible consequence of losing writing permissions on http://forum.blackdesertonline.comIf the User wants to add more information to a post, the “EDIT” function can be used. It is permitted to reply to own posts once every 48h as long as the follow up post adds new and meaningful information related to the topic.Replies to other users posts with the sole purpose of increasing it's visibility are also considered thread bumping as well as spam and will be actioned accordingly.Normal replies to other users are not affected by the above mentioned rules.6.2. Posting Etiquette The user shall not post in all capital letters, use excessive punctuation, flamboyant fonts etc. to draw attention to its posts.Using the words Kakao, Kakao Games, Pearl Abyss or any Kakao Games Europe member’s name in a topic title is frowned on.The user shall not use misspelled versions of inappropriate words to circumvent the swear word filter. Doing so shows the User was fully aware of the nature of the word and it will be reflected in any potential penalties.6.3. Interacting with other users Post made with the sole purpose of upsetting or angering other users are not allowed. All posts have to be made in the spirit of mutual respect. The User shall not attack or insult other users for having different opinions or for making statements the User disagrees with. Challenging the opinions or statements of other users is permitted, attacking the person holding them is not. If the User finds the actions of other users in breach of the forum rules, the Report Function should be used in order to bring the case to the attention of the moderator team. The case will then be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken. The user shall not "name and shame" other users. If a user is suspected to have broken Terms of Service / Terms of Use or taken part in fraudulent activities it should be reported directly to Kakao Games Europe by submit a support ticket.6.4. Quoting The User shall not quote posts who break the forum rules. The User is instead encouraged to use the Report Function in order to bring inappropriate content to the attention of the moderator team. Reported content will then be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken.6.5. Abuse of Report Function The user shall not abuse the report function. The report function is intended to be used to make the moderation team aware of potential breaches of the forum rules not to get revenge on other users. If the User finds another user behaving inappropriate several times in a short time span, the Report Function can be used, highlighting one relevant post and indicating in the notes that other threads are affected too. If the User feels a thread is out of control, one post should be reported indicating in the notes the whole thread needs attention.  7. RP Forum Rules The RP Forums follow a more strict rule set. Any user wishing to participate on the RP forums is advised to review the specific rules before posting.  8. Appeal Forum Moderations Threads deemed inappropriate to a particular forum will be moved to a more appropriate forum or even removed completely. Threads that have been removed or closed are not to be re-posted. The User shall not discuss specific cases of moderated posts or disciplinary actions against users on the forum. If the User disagrees with an action taken by the moderator team, an e-mail should be send to forumdisputes@blackdesertonline.com. An uninvolved Community Manager will then review the case.

No kamasylvia update, or dk awakening update, but there is a cash shop update because kashkow games only want your money and dont care about their relationship with the communty :) there is no point trying to get them to listen to us because they wont, these guys have their heads so far up their own rears they probably read all this and laugh while talking about more ideas to squeeze more money before releasing the good shit, its all about business to them, nothing more, i love this game but i hate the way this company handles it, i wish pear abyss got another company to publish it instead...not this lack of communication bullshit we see time after time.

Are you a hidden staff working for KAKAO games and supporting them? They just changed dates for the house fame event for no reason and no explanations. That is not fair. This week's update was pretty much useless. 6h wasted on nothing.I know why they did this: they had nothing to release next week, so they pushed the house event for next week. They have problems with Kamasylve and DK Awakening so until they got fixed, they got no other content to release, so they give us these shitty updates (aka easy to implement updates taken from Korea). This is why they gave us Voice now, while Korea got it 2 weeks ago. They reversed the updates until they fix the problems. At least they could have compensated for these delays with some extra something, not voices. We don't need voices. My character is not a singer. He is a killer and a fisherman.

I never said you were wrong, I said your behaviour is awful, and it is.

It seems you'd like compensation for everything, that is a mentality of a child, which I assume you are not.

Bunch of greedy cry babies here. You people need to learn to have patience. Not every patch needs to be jammed packs with gigs worth of updates. You should be thankful Bdo is still striving to make this game better. 

How so?

Name 1 thing in this patch that "makes the game better"? Nevermind Kakao EUs involvement in doing any of it.

Someone says this every damned week and I'm telling you, if they do *ACTUAL SERVER MAINTENANCE* every goddamned week, we're second from the servers blowing up completely and taking half of the Netherlands with them (in the case of  EU), nevermind the absolutely inexcusable lag going on in the NA region - in fact, just look at their complaints and tell everyone how they do "maintenance" every week. It's laughable. Stop it.

9_9 I came back to try DK and level some horses after seeing they get better babies when leveled high. I just wished you fixed leveling horses better, as i get worse now rather than better and add a buff for each time we get kicked off them and killed.  I know do it in town but would be nice to see the country as you level,rofl.

Also make it a lower % to get lower babies than parents. It takes so long to get them to 25 and 30 with all the kicks. Only to see a t7 25 28 gets a t6 male or female. I mean that's like trading a T7 high level for a T6 level one , rinse and repeat has cost me a couple keyboards as throwing them damages the cord.

Just kidding I love you guys, kiss arse, kiss arse, please update me to at least a plus 8 in the 1 to 10 lucky roll field, in my data file. The lucky roll data thing where 10 is family and friends and 9 is founders and I think I am -1,rofl. I know there is a GMDave in charge of the lucky roll.

15:25 CET...... i cant Login in the game.... i guess it is a big patch to Keep them that busy.

This developer and Support is so non-able for anything. just want to make Money, without caring about the customer..... if this game wouldnt be so good.
Better Blizzard should supply it, atleast they know, how to do !

I don't understand why you've made such a big confusing thing out of the node times? You could have literally just said, we have also adjusted our clocks with the rest of europe, nothing changes.

The problem is that they could max their profits by making this a super game but actually they're just grabbing the actual player's money rather than improving their actual game to bring new / old players. Then the players will freely use the cash shop because they would be thankfull to the game, and they wouldn't make that only because they have to do it if they don't want to lose soooooo much time.

I have been here since launch, and no you weren't calm and understanding, right from the start people like you already wanted compensation for everything, crying about classes being nerfed/buffed, complaining about every little detail.

  • A New Loyal Attendance Reward Event begins!  (Mar. 30th 0:00 UTC ~ May. 3rd 08:00 UTC)

    • Previous Loyal Attendance Reward event has ended. (Feb. 23rd ~ Mar. 29th 08:00 UTC)

  • Dark Knight Seal event has ended. ( Mar. 1st ~ 29th)

  • Dark Knight Level Up Missions event has ended. (Mar. 1st ~ 29th)

  • House Fame Challenge has ended. (Mar. 8th ~ 29th)

    • All event information will be collected and finalized on 3/30 and the prize distribution will occur during maintenance on 4/5.

  • Node War and Conquest War times have been changed to reflect Daylight Saving Time.

    • Server time is based on the UTC time zone.

People like you always think the best solution is to stop playing the game, are you daft, i paid for this game, i paid for costumes, i paid for pets, interiors, -----ing horse coupons etc, more people have done the same, and all that shit costs way more than the intial game, kakao make enough money from us as it is but they dont show any appreciation or atleast a -----ing connection with its player base. No gaming company should hold back content for the sake of max profits when people already spend more than enough on the game as it. I love this game, its a very good game, but the publishers kakao ruin that for me, i wont allow myself to quit because of their ignorance

That's absolutely standard and on par for every MMO, heck, every multiplayer game. You always get it. You may need thicker skin if you're going to stay on the internet.
