^ Exactly how I'm feeling. 

I'm giving them an hour to announce something. After that, I'm going to go play another MMORPG until they fix this. There is no way I would ever support a game that treats their most loyal customers this badly.

I don't care how pretty BDO or a girlfriend is - If they don't appreciate me, I'm out. You have nice graphics, BDO, but not nice enough to put up with being disrespected.

and now the servers are lagging and can not even log back in from the dc :D omfg literally every wednesday the game is rigged one way or another. Literally does the dev team do anything else than copy paste the patch from kr and add pearls items after pearl items.

Kakao doesnt have a dev team.
They know diddly squat about development that much is clear.

And this is why there is always problems.

PA send them the patches and Kakao implement it.

Without testing

Without reading patch notes
Without checking things in patch note are correctly translated
And then ever week the customers have to point out the bugs, translation errors, obvious things that kakao missed and basically do their jobs for them.
Then they google translate it into Korean and sent the suggestions and bug reports back to PA who then make another patch that Kakao cant test or translate and hence week after week we get issue after issue after miss communication after internal error.

No S**T you have internal communication errors. Its called NOT communicating.
Seriously you guys need some QC teams and Testers and community staff who actually communicate.

 

 

Ah well we know it will fall on deaf ears and next week we will have the same old "our bad we Fd up lulz we gotz the internal communication errors again oopsie"

Do you know that it's insulting towards your most loyal playerbase? People who supported this game from the begining and made it last?

Just think about it, keeping us ingame should be your first priority as a CM ...

Why did you even switch the reward after most loyal players already took it? Like, what the ----- is the logic? "Hey you, thanks for supporting us and playign our game, and as a reward we give you a ----- you while we help new players out ;)"

Unfortunately, there has been some internal miscommunication. We have been informed, that no items will be sent out. We will update you about this issue as soon as we have more information.

Ofc no pet duplicates... But rest should be send to people who already claimed it (i didnt and i dont care they have 1 armstrong skill guide more)... Or remove those few fragments if you care about those guides... :D

If thats not the case and there is some asshole who doesnt want to award players at all, is that asshole Rick?

This is beyond acceptable for loyal players that have spent the 5.000 hours on your game. Absolutely -----ing disgusting that this kind of miscommunication happens at your team. 
Ridiculous. You absolutely, honestly deserve to be fired for this -----up.
