So are they robots that once a mistake is done it will never happened again? You tell me you're Mr. Perfect and never been late? never made mistake? do you always learn from your mistakes?

Everyone makes mistakes, and they are a team of people who will eventually make mistakes. To make great things you're bound to fall down a few times. As if FB, Google, Apple, etc. never had issues.

Mistakes happens,

What happens with Kakao is not mistakes, its absurd incompetent.

 

But YOU, playing BDO since 20 Days (rofl), seems to know EVERYTHING.

Its too bad, that seemingly no one here can even entertain the idea that this post, regardless of how the mistake was made, will certainly be corrected and in the end, the correct reward(s) will be issued, and very likely something extra for the mix up.

We call this... experience.

We understand that a lot of players have already accepted the 5000 Hours Playtime reward before we changed it during our maintenance, which caused you to miss out on the nice new rewards. We'll be sending out the new items that you missed out to your in-game mail ( B ) soon, so that you can enjoy them as well.

Uhm... So... I'll try to put this as nicely as possible... WHAT THE ----- IS WRONG WITH YOU?!. Seriously? THIS is how you lose players, not gain them.

Don't blame miscommunication for someone in your company thinking you'd have the decency to do the right thing, blame your greedy as ----- boss(es) for going "nope". Heck, I wouldn't mind if you gave us a name to direct our questions to -.- Because withholding shit and basically screwing over older players is just shitty.

Yeah, but noone has gotten 10k hours yet (it's physically impossible). The old 10k reward was indeed a 30 day appearance change coupon and a 30 day skill reset cause when you've played that long with a character you hate the look of and don't know how to pla.. oh nevermind, there was no excuse for the old reward.

Sorry @CM_Praballo but it's a ----- move to essentially punish players that have been loyal to the game. Talk to your decision maker, and explain that to them, and make it happen. Because that'd be a really foolish decision considering the ongoing amount of animosity among your community, and the fact that you almost managed to bump morale. 

Patch notes when?

What is with people asking for things like this? "[Thing I want] WHEN?" You're not going to get an answer like that, especially on these forums. Use your words, little one.

Like pearl items never being on sale in market?

DK Awakening and Kamasylve?

Just a suggestion but maybe..... just maybe..... read the patch notes before YOU implement the patch.
Then you can know what  YOU are implementing before you patch the game and wait 2 hours to post the patch notes after the players have already found the bugs you guys missed..

Maybe even, i know its just like every other game company and you dont want to be like them, but maybe even post said patch noted while the server is down for 7 hours?
You know that people would know what to expect in advance.

I know its hard for you guys to actually read things let alone communicate between your own team let alone the customers. But you never know it might actually prevent some of the mistakes you guys have ever single week.

Simple fact is they probably realized they have no way to retro-actively send out these items to everyone who has completed the quest already unless they do it manually on an account by account ticket basis.  They probably decided that was not worth their time.  Maybe they will re-consider that and start accepting tickets to change this.

 

They aren't just not doing it to be mean or whatever you idiots are whining about, lol.

  That may indeed be the case!  However, the choice of wording used to convey this was extremely poor.  I know a number of CM's in other companies, and they would NEVER make statements like we get regularly.  It's called a Customer Manager for a reason.  Sometimes, crap needs to be posted.  How you go about doing that while alienating the least amount of population, determines a good CM.  Ours is....lacking!

This one gonna have lot of typos and probably words written wrong so, im saying sorry already !

After Daum Games changed theyr name to Kakao Games (Cash Kakao) things only been going worse and worse. It's like politic's they promise stars and moon from the sky and when the moment comes let's deny and think of excuses what make no sense what so ever. So my question is how does it hurt company like Kakao Games to hand out 7day value pack, 7 kamasylve buff, sealed book of combat and 5 memory fragments ?

Can't think of reason ? Hell neither can i :D, not after that amount of bullshit we have seen so far and literally swiping credit card/mastercard to fund this game since the release. Cash kakao afraid that if they give them to us its gonna be less salary this month which would mean skipping 1 day Happy Meal lunch at Mc donald's. Get of your high horse and look at the mirror and ask yourself a question "When did i abandon my humanity".

Cuz let's honest once you die you sure as hell wont be carrying those valueable euros to heaven or hell with you just saying. @GM_Caramel pls talk some sense to these guys or did you join the dark side also ?
