All character’s DP effectiveness has been increased

A great change, But with new issues i suspect..... from experiance with the classes & depending how much its been increased!

Situational:
BUFFED:
Wizard/witch teleport off full heal, on top of not been killed: stand up Super armor 1 shot 100% the whole area, no chance, time to quit & play LOL or whatever other crap people play.
musa/maehwa run off full heal.
ninja/kuno (good kuno/nin not scrub ones) perma invis pot up to full hp. - CC chain combos.
berserker OP HP issue that they already have.
Dark knight awakened - yes fought in KR so i know - no cost i-frame (3i-frames into SA, into 2 I-frames rince repeat, with ability to attack during i-frame & have it hit Something that Sorc cannot do ~reference as the closest class with similar skill), awakened jump back with Wizards burst damage while frontal block - so they can get away pot up.

Wont matter/Buffed:
valk & warrior no issues valk can suck & block, warrior just op can block & 1st strike CC then block some more with that 2 second no cc immortal crap they have.
Tamer (good tamer not scrub tamer) - pole volt away awakened then swap to non awakened & run some more, pot up, spam pet stun.


NERFED:
sorc weak ass block that lasts 2 hits average - video on youtube of the other issue with the block not being as large as wizards, & costly movement/skills..... Slightly more nerfed than people will think due to: OP cost of i-frame & awakening skill, if they Remove the stamina on everything, lower the cost & balance the mp cost of skills they would sit up with warrior/valk. (Which as you can see from Dark Knight if you have played it, IS POSSIBLE to balance mp & have i-frames & they keep choosing to overlook it!)
Ranger same deal less able to move away & pot up. ~ most disadvantaged class out of them all. Needs a decent teleport, A High timer Teleport for the OH crap situation, Not a spamable teleport every 8 seconds more like every 30-40 seconds due to the type of class - Ranged. (witch/wizards also need a longer timer on teleport away skill!)



Honestly these are current balance issues even without a DP change with focus on defence & hp.

Rip ranger no decent teleport on high timer skills
Rip Sorc no super armor, no stamina attack cost removal & MP cost fixes.

Still we have to see how scaling is affected and if DR is finally worth a damn... While from videos it looked like Eva is still superior, i want to see a graphic to know, if it ever breaks even, ourscales it or is eprmanently inferior variation...

Might make Kutum a better choice than <Classes Evasion Offhand> for non-Saiyer/Vangertz classes if DR scales a bit better now.

Document all the changes you perform on the classes, after the hidden changes to Valkyrie's block in the 5th April patch, I can't trust your patchnotes to be accurate anymore.
