EZ fix for PVP

1.  Taking a Node or Region gives a player a Tier Status: Seige/t3,t2, t1

When Leaving a guild you cannot join any guild below your Status tier for 1 week

IE. Seige participate can't join a t3 or below guild for 1 week unguilded, tier 3 can't join a t2 or below , t2 can't join t1 or below.

t1 status doesn't have restrictions.

2. Change wars declarations back to release with no restrictions except:

-Guild can request protected status where they cannot be warred or participate in node wars for a week, but only give 1/5 normal karma loss when killed

3. Allow guild points to be spent to increase the war dec cap

3. Unguilded players give zero Karma loss when flagged on, or take exp loss on flagged death (guild up or ----- off)

4. Change Desert flagging work as such:

-Normal Karma loss until 0, then instead of negative Karama the prison debuff applies

-Desert Jail Debuff adds 30% Combat and Skill Exp Buff, and a Trash drop buff

5. Killing Roleplayers doesn't effect Karma Loss

1. Won't fix the issue for siege guilds. Only a bandaid fix until they actually implement a means for the siege guilds to pvp after sieges.

2. This sounds pretty great, but the latter part can be abused against noobier players.

3. Nice change.

4. This forces new players into a guild as soon as they hit level 50, otherwise they'll just get spawn-camped by griefers. This is a problem. You shouldn't force a guild on anyone. They removed exp loss on pvp death to prevent noobs from being griefed and pushed out of the game. This doesn't resolve the current issue and only makes it worse for new players.

5. This is interesting, but I don't quite understand why you should gain an exp and loot buff just for killing players in the desert. It could be exploited by players, too.

6. That's just stupid.

I agree with these points aside from 1, 4, 6 and part of 2

The rest has some pretty good insight

1. Fixes issues where everyone has to deal with seige guild retards in lower tiers

2. It's current abuse is far worse than a few new players losing grind spots

3. -

4. The game is about guilds, who gives a shit about unguilded people in a mmo

5. because it offsets how gay the desert debuff for prison is, and neg karma players get a option for exp bonus 30% already in desert

When was the last time you saw lv50s in the desert? For Nouver? They're not in trouble if they're fighting nouver because that means they probably have sufficient gear.

I am an unbiased third party and I approve all these changes.

Really makes you think why they haven't added stuff like this already.

1. Yes, but that's all it fixes. It doesn't fix the whole reason for them doing it to begin with.

2. I'm honestly fine with it. Just means I can shit all over whomever I want.

4. For end-game content, maybe. But even then, it's pretty dry. They're working on trying to better the system. Otherwise, no. The game is designed to be played solo, as a party, or part of a guild. Not any which way. Though I'd argue the current system rewards soloing more than anything else.

5. Yeah, they get a option for it, but it isn't free. Like I said, you can exploit this. Get a friend who wants to grind in the desert. You both make alts. Take turns killing each other's alt until you both hit 0 karma. Get debuff and exp/loot bonus. Go grind. Rinse and repeat because killing mobs regenerates karma. As long as you go above 0 karma, you'd just kill the alts again and keep doing it over and over to keep it perma-stacked. The Mui Quinn buff is only good for a few hours, and iirc, it's a daily for negative karma players. You also have to do a quest chain to unlock it. So, there's a wall to get to it and it's not abuseable.
