Doing so shows the User was fully aware of the nature of the word and it will be reflected in any potential penalties.6.3. Interacting with other users Post made with the sole purpose of upsetting or angering other users are not allowed. All posts have to be made in the spirit of mutual respect. The User shall not attack or insult other users for having different opinions or for making statements the User disagrees with. Challenging the opinions or statements of other users is permitted, attacking the person holding them is not. If the User finds the actions of other users in breach of the forum rules, the Report Function should be used in order to bring the case to the attention of the moderator team. The case will then be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken. The user shall not "name and shame" other users. If a user is suspected to have broken Terms of Service / Terms of Use or taken part in fraudulent activities it should be reported directly to Kakao Games Europe by submit a support ticket.6.4. Quoting The User shall not quote posts who break the forum rules. The User is instead encouraged to use the Report Function in order to bring inappropriate content to the attention of the moderator team. Reported content will then be reviewed and appropriate actions will be taken.6.5. Abuse of Report Function The user shall not abuse the report function. The report function is intended to be used to make the moderation team aware of potential breaches of the forum rules not to get revenge on other users. If the User finds another user behaving inappropriate several times in a short time span, the Report Function can be used, highlighting one relevant post and indicating in the notes that other threads are affected too. If the User feels a thread is out of control, one post should be reported indicating in the notes the whole thread needs attention.  7. RP Forum Rules The RP Forums follow a more strict rule set. Any user wishing to participate on the RP forums is advised to review the specific rules before posting.  8. Appeal Forum Moderations Threads deemed inappropriate to a particular forum will be moved to a more appropriate forum or even removed completely. I loved the cherryblossoms but noticed a big improvement in game-performance after they were removed. Still I'd hate to lose all the pretty special effects. Can't these be implemented in another way so as not to slow down the game this much? Isn't there any technical solution to this?

They could, but they'd need to be a permanent part of the map which is rather counter to what they're trying to accomplish with it.

Dunno why everyones wanting it so bad. The risk v reward will be so bad that valencia looks like a gold mine.

Please take the akamai reverse proxy off of all affected channels.

Yeah no. These are the only channels im able to play on as well as many others. Any other channel just disconnects us. If you dont want the occasional lag just dont play on these servers. Simple. Theres some of us who can only play the game because of these servers to begin with

Please fix pearl shop costume prices. Paying 29-34 euro is way too much. It should at least go down to €20.

Its just a bitmap. At least issue -40% coupons or something once in a while. 

I'm holding back my money now, cause its just not worth it.

How long does this maintenance take? 

Your ingame announcement stated it will take you 5 hours, this post however states it takes you 7 hours...

PA has always been awful at giving information to Kakao, they will never change and don't want to hear them unless it's bugs.

Kakao EU has always been awful at getting information out of Pearl Abyss.

For what it's worth, Pearl Abyss replies in a timely manner and very diplomatically if you e-mail them directly. Take that for what it is.

for me, yes it can be an issue but i have plenty of times iv be able to wagon train for just over 48 hours straight. and then sometimes ill get kicked off my wagon.. but most of the time not en issue .. for me my comcast has a data limit (1000gigs) that a do sometimes go over if im not careful, but if i use xfinity hot spot as its unlimited  i get desync like crazy tho i works fine with other games and 4k video stream, at a speed of 25download.. its been suggested that my hot spot doesnt have a static ip and that bdo needs a static ip.. just thought id mention this incase you have been using xfinity hotspot or something alike

I'm just going to keep posting this till ya'll communicate with Pearl Abyss during one of these maintenance and fix this stupid desync issue... This kind of service is unacceptable. There is absolutely no reason I should get kicked off the server while my character is actively doing something. This problem has been going on since the server merge that was suppose to "make the game better for us". Instead it made it worse for a lot of us. It doesn't matter if I run the game in admin mode / compatibility mode / potato graphics or the highest possible graphics, I get kicked off if I move over a distance too fast for the server to keep track of where my character is.

I've called Comcast and been on them too, but all signs point towards the Black Desert servers. Instead of releasing new pearl shop items every week, why not actually try to fix the issues we've been having for months? I wouldn't care if you shut the game down for a week, or hell even a month, just to optimize the servers. Could ya'll not tell how horrible the servers are with the 1 year anniversary event bosses where people were getting kicked off because the servers couldn't handle the amount of people?

After a 2 week silence, Customer Service finally told me "I'm really sorry for the late answer. We have reported the issue to the developers, and trying to fix the core issue (we have a few very good traces to start with). Our tech team is treating this with the highest priority. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do as customer support ;( " 

I am quite aware that as a business you need to make money, but how about communicating with us better as well as making these issues THE priority. Without a community you don't make money. If people can't play they're going to move onto other games that are run by companies who know what they are doing.

I've been playing since day 1, not so much the early start since the server didn't start off so great, but I have loved the past year of BDO. I hope the next year is just as exciting. However if this issue is not fixed, I won't hesitate to go find another game to sink my time into.

yeah I'm aware. That's the thing I'm dreading... I want to make all the female ones but that's $45 worth of coupons so I might just craft them but only tailor the one I'll truly wear a lot :/

? do i need 3 coupon for a costume ? one for each pieces ( so i suppose there are 3 pieces from what u are saying) ?

I thought it was one and only coupon for the costume...

I was thinking to buy 1 coupon for that costume BUT if i need more than one i prefer to pass  over

they could burn them in but then they would be permanent. Would be cool to have fields of the different stuff. Besides Calp area where tulips grow. Maybe like different towns have different areas outside them with flowers and blooming trees. Screenshot worthy areas. Maybe pretty stuff around water falls, etc 😄

Basically, parts of the UI will act as new window process, so you can see it outside of exe window, that's how I understood it at least.

Would be good if there was an UI element to show distance to target for my semi-afk trade runs.

Will be very good for afk horse trainers as you'll have a window with mount current lvl and skill even out of game to see progress.

If they make it possible to take the minimap off the gamescreen then u could monitor your distance as well while semi-afk :)

same issue here but isnt my internet. Cause ill have guild members start having reloading, etc at the exact same time. A few days all is perfect and then all of a sudden reloads start. Weekends lately seem the worst. Seems the past 4 Sunday evenings it starts and everyone has issues. Last sunday my hubby and I said screw it and shut the game off. Yesterday was still aweful but today got better. Some weeks 0 afk lvling horses while others aren't as bad. Just sucks you loose weekend play time from it. Death an death of horses is getting very annoying.

What's your problem exactly? We have maintenance every week. You just said yourself you know that. Are you really pissed that they don't write in forum that there's a maintenance? (and they did, 17 hours ago even) Listen to yourself man...

Why would you need a VPN? I play NA server while I am from EU and I don't need a VPN... Got aussies in my guild as well
