[Maintenance] Urgent Maintenance April 27

Mine was on my horse. My hubby gifted it to me. But since he bought it he had gotten mail saying they know he had purchased it. So that's one way they know you have it. It really should be exactly where you left it. It prob wasn't deleted during maintenance it was just accidentally set invisible.

i bought mine like 1 minute 30 sec before the servers went down for the maintenance and the hotfix didnt fixed for me. still missing.

I paid money for this crap and I'd appreciate getting it back.

If you are still missing parts of your Anemos Horse Gear Set, please try unequipping all gear from your horse to see if it reappears again.

I was logged in after the emergency maint - I checked my horse and un-equipped the Trina set - logged off/on again and my horse was wearing the amenos and the launcher done another small patch..

Mine is still missing i couldnt even use it once man i bought it like 30sec before servers went down. this is my 3th day on this game and gsus the support is 0/10 atm for me.

Greetings to all!

What was fixed in the Hotfix yesterday (regarding Anemos Horse Set) is as follows:

1. Fixed the issue where Anemos Horse Set did not appear in the Pearl Shop.

2. Fixed the issue where Anemos Horse Set did not appear to the players who had already obtained them. 

2-1. The Anemos Horse Set will have appeared as normal right after the Hotfix if the set was already equipped on the players’ horses. 

2-2. For players with the Anemos Horse Set stored in the Pearl Inventory:
If the item (Anemos Horse Set) was placed into the Pearl Inventory (by the players) during the time of the issue, there was a low chance that the Anemos Horse Set could have been doubled and stored in 2 different slots.

- Through DB Query, any doubled Anemos Horse Set items were deleted from the Pearl Inventory and a new Anemos Horse Set was given out again via in-game mail.

2-3. For player with the Anemos Horse Set equipped who chose to equip ‘other’ horse sets during the time of the issue:
- Unequipping the latter-equipped horse set and refreshing the game (going back-and-forth from the character selection) would bring the Anemos Horse Set back-to-normal.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

That doesn't make you entitled to anything, let alone entitled to dish out the sheer nastiness that you routinely pile on other players that would rather have issues that affect the entire game than a few useless, whining, self-entitled millennials who need their mommy's help to tie their own shoes.

I've made 5 post here and you call me a troll and say I routinely do this?

You made quite a few assumptions about me as well that aren't true. My post was not insulting to anyone, just stated reasons why this would have angered people. YOU however did insult and attack someone, so perhaps you should be examining yourself before you judge others.

@CM_Yukimura i did not get my anemos items in my Pearls inventory back please im waiting so long to get a fix i checked every tab/storage/mail nothing is there i bought it like 30 sec before the servers went down and the ticket ive made takes forever. can u help me?

My wife is still having issues with her set as well.  She's gone to EVERY horse she has (and shes got 20-25 horses for breeding) and checked that all that had any equipment on them (including cash shop items) were unequiped before she relogged her characters.  Still no Anemos set and nothing in the mail either.

I've spent hours equipping and unequipping horse gear, logging out, changing toons, restarting the game and repeating... nothing. The anemos horse set I purchased is still missing. I've submitted a ticket. There hasn't been a response other than the acknowledgement my inquiry was received (ticket#: 316597). It is so frustrating spending hundreds of dollars on a game, only to feel robbed, even if it's over something as silly as a horse costume. Can't bring myself to spend any more real world money on this game. Trying to be patient. Maybe I need a beer.

Anyone else still missing their entire set? My commander set shows up fine.
