Let us mix and match the costume parts and still keep the +10% exp buff, if all slots are occupied.

Being able to mix set outfit parts and change individual appearances would be loved by many. So long as you were wearing a full set and received the bonus. They can quite easily remove the "Set effect" and add it to a part of the costume. And making it so regardless of which pieces you get they still come out to the same effects.

Absolutely!  What's more we have the costume pieces in out Pearl tab so the game should be able to tell you own the pieces and give you the set bonus regardless of equipping them.

Hell I got the cool Pirate Bandana and can't wear it and I hide the hideous head gear that came with the set.

For a game that prides itself on visual customization, it seems silly that mixing and matching penalizes the player in terms of bonuses.

This would add to the uniqueness of our characters and I think it would be awesome. I would definitely by weapons or pieces to a costume I thought was cool, but didn't like the set as a whole.

I dumped a good bit of money in this game, $150. If I had known I couldn't mix and match without being punished for it, i would have definitely held back. Its just not worth the money if they're going to punish you for trying to be creative. It's a such a shame this game has a NA publisher that doesn't seem to care about the game. The in-game chat is filled unmoderated 4chan behavior and it looks like everything here that players bring up is ignored.

It's jarring to come from a game like TERA where they actually have community managers and communicate with the players and even do live twitch shows. As a publisher we know you can't do much to the game, but we know you can change some things. A simple response even if it's "no and here's why" goes a long way. Just ignoring everyone and being silent kills MMO communities because it leaves nothing but speculation. And that speculation will always be that you aren't listening and don't care.

I have many outfits and I would like to mix and match them. I don't like looking like everyone else. Being able to dye is helpful, but it'd be better if there was more customization. (Also, for a game where people spend hours designing their character's face and body it seems silly that in the end we all look the same... because of costumes.)

There are so many times I don't buy an item because it's useless if I don't wear the rest of the set.

Having to wear ALL pieces of the same set only deters players from making purchases.

In a game about customization and making one's mark, I think this is very important. I have said this since I began nearly a year ago. I have almost all of the costumes for my class and I would love to wear them as I wished without feeling penalized for doing so. Individuality is very important in games like this and this is just another way to make players happier.

Give each piece of gear a 2.5% xp bonus, pieces that take up more than 1 spot receive a bigger bonus to compensate, IE if it takes up armor and gloves slots it would get 5%, then when you wear all pieces you get 10% total.
