slow TICKET support

Hello!

Is this happening to everybody?

I would like to know why is it taking so much time to reply to my ticket? I am in a bad situation right now and i really need my 2 tickets to be resolved as soon as possible.

It has been already 2 days.

give them a little time. You're probably not the only one who sent in a ticket. There is probably a load currently

I can't remember when i submitted my ticket but it was at least 7 days ago and still no response

2 Days, 2 days XDDD I sent mine 15 days ago. I've even draw for GMs begging some attention, begging some help.

I think I went 48 hours on mine, but that was at launch. ...I would think things are beginning to settle at this point. Anything over 48 hrs with no response at all seems a bit excessive to me though. Wondering if your tickets got lost in the void???  ...I don't know. I expected a longer response at launch myself, but on the same token, I haven't really seen a slow down in the number of players. I somewhat expected a bit of a slow down after first week....especially with some other popular titles releasing as well, but doesn't seem to have taken place (least to me)

One guy in my guild has bought the pre order package and created his character played till level 7 and then got a DC, after that he login again and the launcher asked him again to type in his family name(which he has already used), so he cannot enter the game anymore and this since 02.03.2016. His support ticket is opened since 12 days and still no response from the support. He payed for this game and can not play it with the other friends and guild members, this really sucks guys. Sorry to say that but the support is just weak, very very lame.
