Dear Players,

thank you for your patience about the matters below. It often takes some time to resolve issues and find proper processes that are feasible from all aspects. 

NA server had a rough start, and we apologize for this. Below you can find a list of issues and resolutions, respectively work-around or simply an update on the matter's current status at our end.

 

Europe & North America

• Furniture Claiming (wrong items received)

1. Python Furniture was mislabeled (wrong text) -> this will be fixed today with a maintenance
2. Chandeliers were mixed-up (pictures swapped) -> still inquiring; will be updated once solved

 

• Duplicated Items

Some users may have received duplicated items (dupes).

Resolution: 


Users with duplicated items will receive the following in-game mail today (shorter version):
 

Dear Player,
To secure that you receive all Pre-Order Items correctly, we have to delete all Pre-Order Package items from your account and refresh all claiming coupons under your ACCOUNT on our website. 
Deleting and resetting the coupons will both be processed during our maintenance on 3rd March!

Note: All character slots beyond 4 will be -blocked-. You will have to re-use the character slot coupons to re-open them!

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this issue, and we greatly thank you for your understanding.

If you receive the in-game mail mentioned above, and feel your issue is being addressed, please reply to your own ticket as follows:

North America only

• Claiming Process failed (no items received within 24h, coupon used)

Some users may have not received their claimed items and the coupon has been used.
Only users that used their coupon on Sunday 28th February between roughly 13:00 to 19:00 UTC are covered by this.

Users who used their coupon before 12 UTC that day, are not covered and...

Dear Player,

• Claiming Process failed (received items but stuck on wrong server/character)

Some users may have experienced the issue described below (character on wrong server) and may have received their claimed items there, but would like to have them on their new character on the correct server.

Resolution


Explanation:
If you landed on the wrong server but want your items on another, the resolution posted below will help you because you belong to either of 3 groups.
1) All items are on the wrong server; all coupons used
2) Some coupons reset; some coupons still used but no items
3) No coupons reset; no items
All those users belong to the same group (technically speaking) and will be addressed with the following solution:

Dear Player,

• Character on wrong server (general)

Creating a character on Serendia Channel (no matter which Server) resulted in the character ending up on a different Server than indicated at start

Example:
Character A -> created on Serendia Channel on Orwen Server -> ends up on Edan Server*
*Users who switched into Serendia Channel later were not affected.

Resolution:

Compensation to all users who created a character between 08:00 UTC - 12:00 UTC in on SERENDIA Channel of any server 
• 10x GM's Apology Tier 3 (1h)
(Energy Recovery +1, Item Gain Chance +2,5%, Combat EXP +15%, Skill EXP +15%, Life EXP +15%, HP/MP Auto Recovery +15)
• 1x Merv's Palette (7 days) 
(Lets you access all dye colors that are available on that palette and dye your equipped armor freely. If your armor is already dyed with regular colors, you will have to use Bleach first to neutralize that color. Colors will return to original status once the palette expired.)

Items above can be claimed via Coupons under your ACCOUNT page by end of March 3rd UTC.*

 

• Character on wrong server (remaining on wrong server)

Users who were affected by previous described issue will have to re-roll their character.
Offering a character transfer is not possible unfortunately at this stage.

Resolution:

-> Deletion timer will be lowered to 10 seconds. [Requires a relog to character screen to show up] (NA only)
-> Compensation is covered within Character on wrong server (general) process

 

• Character on wrong server (Original reserved name used)

Users who were affected by previous described issue might have used up their originally reserved/intended character name.

Resolution:

• We will offer a temporary character name-swap page to all pre-order users.
• This page will be available from 9th to 23rd March (between each maintenance)
• You will have only 1 swap request enabled
• Can only be submitted to characters available
• Once you submitted your request, characters shall not be deleted at your end
• If a character is deleted in the submitting period, your request will be not executed
• All submitted swap requests will be executed in our maintenance on 30th March

 

Additional changes made during maintenance:

• Deletion time of characters for NA has been reduced to 10 seconds; temporary change
• Name Block after deletion of characters has been removed; temporary change
• Monster EXP in the Rhutum/Catfish area has been adjusted on EU and NA to balance the leveling areas and match the intended leveling speed/curve.


If there is a crucial issue that has not been addressed, please point it out and we will look into it.

Due to the server issue, our guild name is tied up, anything we can do about that? What is the timer to remake a guild because I'm suffering from that as well. How long is a guild name reserved after disbanding? @PM_Belsazar

I appreciate the hard work put into fixing the issues so far.

But I have to ask. What will you do for those of us playing without duplicated pets and items - frankly without pets and items at all and not until the 3rd - 4 days later? What will you do about people playing with double, triple pets and sitting on 2x, 3x pearls? If someone has been playing 96+ hours with 2 or 3 pets, doesn't it seem like they are knowingly benefiting from an exploit?

I think it is your responsibility to address the issue of fairness, and so far you've said nothing about it.

Does that mean all the People who Claimed before 12 UTC will have totally nothing while the rest (Claimed after, Explorer, Traveller) will be running around with their goodies?

So all players that start in the 2 day headstart will receive their items and the 4 day headstarters are out of luck until the 3rd?

I'm asking about the guild on the wrong server too. We made our guild on Edan Serendia and it ended up on Orwen and cannot be recreated on Edan. When can we have this transferred?

So people who got bugged with the 96hr package now have to wait until AFTER the 48hr and the 24hr people get their pre-order items!?!! #StillSaltyAboutNoTransfer

And so I hope that the conquerors are being compensated greater than travelers? Why not compensate us with pearls in addition. I do not want the compensation, I took time off from work for the 96 hour headstart, and yet not getting any benefit for this. The compensation needs to be more than what you have demostrated for the server issue, which was horrible.
