A lot of people ordered the conq pack for the items.s and headstart.  Why else would anyone pay extra.

Refunds, probably won't happen but some compensation would be nice.

Saying your highly educated, doesn't make you highly educated. They have until the end of the official release night to provide your preorder items, as that is when they were originally promised to be released. The game has been running fine outside of the preorder item/char slot issue, so I'm having trouble finding the broken/damaged game you speak of. Are you unable to connect? 

 

PS Daum still keeps your money, the bank takes a hit when you try to undo a charge, and doing so in this matter can be viewed as fraud, since you knowingly bought the product, and the product does in fact function, and you agreed to a ToS that I'm sure you didn't read that makes Daum not liable.

I personally wouldn't recommend this route, but you do have grounds to ask Daum for your money back. Conquerors were promised a 96 hour head start, name reservations, and perks. They've done a shoddy job at delivering on all of them.

I have an even better idea lets wait a month before we get mad.

When exactly is it ok by your standards to get upset about not getting what i paid for

Your company is in error if you think we are all children playing with our parents money.  Some of us are highly educated and will not tolerate how your company has handled this issue.  You received our money in good faith, you had a problem with your product and did not address it in a timely manner and I paid extra to have a head start which seems meaningless since your product has a major flaw.  You have failed to meet the terms of purchase and I have not recieved the product as described or is damaged.  I will be pursuing a charge back and would others to ask to do so to teach any other company from following this example.  I do not believe it is acceptable that this is an mmo and we should just should expect this, we prepaid months in advance, you beta tested your product and you did not communicated with your player base....shame on you.  You have one last chance:  a sincere apology and a significant compensation package or partial refund for the time I (and others wasted) on your defective product.  

COMMUNICATE problems and ask for our understanding immediately and you may find some goodwill left.

This is normally how an mmo launch goes. expecting anything fixed in under 48 hours is retarded, so really shame on you. Good riddance.

People with a conqueror's package who are unable to play have a higher priority then people who are crying about item claim. So either wait till the 3rd or ask for a refund but you will definetly not get any items faster with shouting, insulting or any other unwanted behaviour.

Ive been with amex for 15 year

The product is not as promised period the end

It says in terms of service that the product can change and that there can be server outages, bugs and more and that you still agree you can never get a refund. Read before paying next time.

If you whine like this about an MMO launch, then YOU needed to wait a month til the game is stable to play it. All launches are like this is what we are saying... if you can't handle it, don't participate until later when the problems are not there.

I didn't get mad, i got my items instead. Items are much less stressful, in my opinion.

They do have to sleep.... Also when players 1st notice a issue DAUM did respond with them looking into the cause of the issue and will resolve this as soon as they can.

 

Clearly you did not search the forums for these post and their replys or follow any of the staff members.

Also as long as you get your pre order items there nothing you can do but do a charge back. Now sit down and stop looking like a a entitled child. I paid for the Conquer package and you dont see me whining bc I assumed there be some delays or errors since this has happened in many AAA titles like AION, TERA, Gw2, WildStar

So you can not play? Last I looked I have access to the game. The other items are just perks that so far in the past few AAA games they have had issues...... AION, TERA, GW2, ArcheAge

I submitted my refund request. ..if not I charge back mostly mad about pet and extra slots...inexcusable. ..

ANd you will get them when the issue is fixed thus why the did the reset and said if you still havnt gotten them submit a ticket.

Almost every "HeadStart" has said "Your special items will be delivered on the day of release" 

 

You get to play the game early, just be glad. (If you can xD Headstarts are usually bumpy)

At least we get to play the game tho.... ArcheAge there was server issues not letting ppl on same for AION
