Connection with the server has been lost ???

I get this error everytime after i finish loading then the screen frezze for few seconds and i get "Connection with the server has been lost."
Open up some more Channels on Jordine ...

Doesn't work either.

No problems with meeting the game's requirements or my internet connection whatsoever.

Shouldn't be related to the servers/Channels being full, since many friends can log in and play at will.

It's getting frustrating, I don't mind waiting, as long as I know the issue is being looked on, but no feedback has been provided. (Please correct me if I'm wrong).

There's been word of a server adjustment on the 7th (although I don't know how valid that is), and a maintenance on the 9th. One of those may fix the problem.
 

My computer is having this problem as well, and this is probably a given, however, I lend my account to a friend and he logged in just fine.

Same on Orwen. My brother was able to connect no problem but I got the error message.

 

update: I can connect on my friend's laptop and he can connect on mine but I can't connect on my laptop and he can connect on his... (All of our settings ate identical).

I've been having this problem since Friday. Can only play for 1-20 mins (sometimes instantly) before being booted and having to go through the long login process again. I didn't experience any connection problems before that.

Same problem, let's get into details here:

- Whenever I choose to connect with a char (coz I have been able to play until sunday, thus got a few already), the screen on the left where your character is depicted gets full orange/yellowish and you have to click "connect" again in order to get into the loading screen.

- Now into the game: Rarely it kicks me out during the loading screen with the message "connection with the server has been lost" but sometimes I get to load the game and the wonderful message welcoming me to black desert appears but I can't even get round to claim the daily login reward because I'm actually already disconnected again, I can't do anything but running around until, displaying the much less appreciated message of losing connection with the server, the game decides to close itself after hitting enter...

That's all folks, system requirements are (more than) met but to be save everything is on the lowest end possible (although I have been playing with the highest until sunday). No, nothing is running in the background, I'm not using wifi. I'm starting to be pretty sure the problem is on their end...

Fix asap, I paid you money to play the game so it's the least you can do to actually let me play the game...

I get this error since 4 day ago and I just used a free VPN software (tunnel bear) and i logged in very quicly but i hope they will fix this problem cause i don't want buy a dedicated VPN subscription for this game ....

So today I was actually able to login AND claim my login-rewards before disconnecting. It felt awesome escpecially since it was during the evening, while the servers were most crowded and I haven't even been able to connect this morning where they we're not crowded, so my issue probably has nothing to do with this.

Has anybody ever heard anything of the devs concerning this matter anyway?

Today I am keep getting disconnected every 5min or less. I rebooted several times, changed channels and deleted Usercache. But it didn't solve the issue...

I have the same problem. Exactly the same. I try to log in on a Croxus channel, or another channel, doesn't really matter.. It just freezes for about a minute, and then it goes to tell me connection has been lost.

Man i had this for a week now..imagine..i paid for the game which i hardly can play i bought costumes pets etc and boom ..cant even get access  wht a scam this is, IK its got nothin 2 do with my internet or laptop since i played ctb and release too but  this is frustrating..i wana play and cant even login  how long will this take  been over a week  and i sent tickets etc no response ..... its a fkin Buy 2 PLay..shitty staff, no response  i want my money back. before u say i need 2 have patient ...i tried for 4h last night to login..and been tryin for 4h now before i go work  argg lol
