Also waiting for the comp coupon.  Was one of the unlucky people that got caught up in the Serendia Fubar, had to re-roll and reclaim my items, but have no comp coupon and other items have not been wiped.

Please add a "Confirmation" pop-up to deleting horses/mounts, where you actually have to type "Delete" after the pop-up appears.

Also a victim of Serendiagate. Claimed items within an hour of headstart.  Never received items.  Received no compensation and received no item resets.

Is there any news on the distribution of items for those that participated in the beauty/ beast event? By which I mean the Karlstein outfit (7 days) and in-game title?

I claimed my items the 28th between 8-12 UTC

i did not get my items until the 29th after re-applying 

My tittle got reset today

Am i not part of the compensation?

We'd like to share some updates on open matters as follows:

Compensation Distribution

The compensation process has been executed today and coupons have been issued to those users that were affected as follows.

Green: Executed/Provided within maintenance today 3rd March. You will find the compensation coupons under your ACCOUNT on our main website.
RedPostponed by at least one day*

* We are sorry, but to secure a smooth official launch, we had to extend the maintenance and delay the distribution of compensation coupons by at least 1 day to avoid further complications.
We will do our best to provide those coupons earlier than indicated above.

 

 

 

 

I too claimed items between 8 - 12 UTC and it failed, so I had to wait long to receive my stuff but I don't see any compensation coupon.

Why is this?

I tried to claim them today, and still nothing. but says they are used. :-/

I'm so confused right now.  I haven't received any of my pre-order explorer package items.  There was never any notification to claim any items.  I don't understand how this is so messed up.  Seems like there are more problems now than during beta.

Same for me, have not gotten any of the compensation items even though I am part of the list... Will be contacting support about this.

The issue is that that is for the 3rd compensation plan, not the first.


**Headstart Compensation B: This one has been provided today to the upper category (Claiming Issue 28.02)

I didn't receive any compensation despite claiming my items the moment the servers went live on the 28th.

Yep, I also claimed my preorder items right after I got in when the servers went up. Roughly 8:30 UTC give or take 15 minutes. No coupon here.

No compensation yet for myself or my husband - we waited almost 36 hours before finally getting our items - according to the matrix we would be in the compensation bracket as we originally claimed our items right at headstart

Any idea when we should expect this?

I was part of the Serendia screw-up and my preorder items were claimed at 8:01 UTC on the 28th and I had to wait 36 hours to get them. I had to reclaim them on the 29th. 

So I am definitely part of Compensation B but I have nothing in my account page. Ridiculous. 

 

How can you even say this issue is finished when there are so many people who didn't get compensation that you promised them? I think you need to change your post and say "We screwed up, again. Compensation did not go out to everyone who earned it. Sorry, we are fixing it"
