So i am having an error whenever u wanna buy cash. Just want to let you guys know :D

Exactly the same problem I have but I want to buy the game, not the daum currency.
I expectet problems, its a mmo and launch day but I never experienced that the shop of a mmo was not working on launch day xD

Actually it just got worse for me.  I was able to complete the purchase on the website, Daum took my money via Paypal, but I did not receive the Daum cash in game.

Same, though on my account page I received it, just not getting it ingame.

A friend of mine was having trouble with this, and she finally got it to work with Paypal. She tried the other options (except for one), and none of them worked save for Paypal. Good luck folks!

I went directly to the Daum Cash SHOP webpage and tried both a credit card and PayPal, it never asked me for CC info nor sent me to PayPal's site.  Just crapped out.

I feel bad for the person/people in charge of this... NOT being able to take customers' money is likely a firing offense... and it's been over a day.  Amazing.

UNLESS, it is due to all of the requests for refunds because of the Explorer / Traveler package fiasco pre-launch (that was not, pre-launch).  Maybe if PayPal, their cc processor, etc. had a flood of charge-backs that brought that part of the system down?  That's a hypothetical; before all the forum white knite carebears come tumbling in to defend beloved Daum, obviously.

I'm still sitting here waiting for Daum to reply to my ticket, just a few more hours and it's been 3 days since I made it. sigh I wonder if they even want our money at this point.

Same I had this issue as soon as the server went "live" and I put in a ticket within the hour, still no reply at all.

 

My biggest worry is not that they won't ever fix it, but that the cash shop sale will end before they do...will we get any compensation for it ? Doubt it...

Same problem here...tried to purchase game from site yesterday and same error.  You would think Daum would really want to get on top of this...people cannot even purchase game.  Now I am wary entering my card details again in case it decides to take my money from my previous failed attempts.  Not even an acknowledgement from a mod.

I think Daum Community Moderators are too few and in over their heads and heavily out-numbered vs. problems and issues.  Not sure how Daum has set up their support internally, but it does appear they either have a methodology of silence or they are unable to even get to the many issues people are having.

If it was just the launcher crashes and problems with the Xingcode3 garbage they insist upon, that'd be one thing; when there are threads and threads of complaints about people UNABLE TO GIVE YOU MONEY, well, that speaks volumes about their "support" priorities.  I do hope they get their act together before they snatch defeat from the jaws of victory with this title.

PEARL ABYSS:  I sure hope you are not in a long-term contract with Daum and are exploring your options.

Just to update people on this problem, after 3 days my support ticket got answered.

I was told to "Try a different browser." and my ticket was closed...great support team.

 

I have tried it on a 2nd account and it works fine, I also told them this and told them I used a different browser and it is 100% a problem on their end with our accounts.
