Was wondering if there was a guide out there, or if its simply process all the materials my workers can get. I have close to 200 Energy and want to start leveling it up.

I have found bottling sea water then heating it to produce salt is rather fast, but I believe there is some amount of a "difficulty" associated with how much xp you get i.e making a simple processing will award less xp then something more complicated requiring multiple types of materials or rarer ingredients.

1. Take alot mats
2. Start processing something
3. Go eat or sleep.
4. Proof it

There is also this costume that you can make in a costume mill, could help a little in processing.

This costume has made me dump 50mil on nothing. They get good in +2 ~ +3 and getting that is super low success rate. Pure madness Q____Q

They're not currently in the game, don't bother unless you want to have nothing to do with the profession but elixirs for a long while.

On the other hand, Alchemy has several lovely elixirs like the "And now am gonna fk you up" +50%/+100% crit damage elixir.

Also, Metal Solvents, crafting/upgrading crystals, there's much more you can do than elixirs (honestly I didn't make any elixirs but those for quests)

The best experience gain i found til now (just got Pro 5) comes from making Fabrics, process Knitting Yarn into Wool, Flax Thread into Flax Fabric, Cotton Thread to Cotton Fabric. (Of course you have to make these first from the base resources) You can let your workers farm Fleece for Knitting Yarn at Lynch Ranch (on the mountain) and Flax at Costa Farm and Moretti Farm near Heidel.

Flax.

Month old topic with one word post... WTFlax!

On the topic of leveling up processing, level with huge amounts of early/cheap things, then wait before moving to the intermediate steps for as long as you can afford to (for either personal upgrading or just selling) so you can proc many extra items once each material needed becomes expensive.

Example: Things like Hides (hard to get without actually Tanning your kills) can be hard to find on the Market. Getting 4 Fine Tough Hides vs 1 out of your 10 Tough Hides can mean crafting 3 extra weapon/armor repair pieces.

Basic ingots give 250 exp, special ingots (mixed one, bronze) give you 500.

All sorts of crystal / sturdy gives you 1k exp.

Flax/cotton/wool basic material give you 500, 1000 for the endproduct cotton/wool.

Gemstones rough give you 500 after that 1k, FINAL stage nets you 2000.

Overall if you want to level fast, either buy rubies and grind them or buy tons of flax, cotton sht.

My advice is not to process anything specific but that you do the 2nd or final tier of processing.  What I mean is to have your alt create melted metal shards, planks and then have your main do the final processing to get ingots.  If you want to have an easier time just doing afk processing, steel is ideal.  I'm saying that because you only have to process 5 melted iron, and you need 5 coal that you don't process.  Other processing materials usually require 10 tier 1 processed items, but for steel, you only need 5 due to coal.  This means you need to process 1/2 of the tier 1 compared to plywood for example.  Hope this helps.
