Support benefits some players more than others

So i ve made a typo on my family name and i was asking around if there is a way to change it.

A player named ****** told me that he had the same issue and the support helped him by sending him a free ticket to change the family name.

well unlucky me got this response...

I apologize for the late response, we are receiving a heavy influx of new tickets.
 
Unfortunately we do not have the tools to update a family name.  // yea sure
We do plan on getting a name change item added to the store soon which you can use to remedy your situation.

why to lie about this? we talked a lot like 15m pming and he explained me how he had the same issue (didnt seem like a troll)

anyway i ll ask him to reply on this thread as well when he comes online... cuz if this thing really went on . it's 100% unfair.

Please accept our apologies for this mixup. We are offering a free name change coupon, but only to those who requested one before 15/03. Seeing you requested one on Monday: that makes you eligible. We mixed up the dates and that's why you received the wrong response.

We will be sending a family name change coupon to you in-game later today. Once again our apologies for the mistake.
